We had very specific requirements as to what the heat pump should be able to do. We previously had a Bosch installed and it works beautifully, meeting our needs. He said yes to everything. As it turns out, it does nothing that he said it could do. He obviously does not know the system. We had bad service response times. However, when it came time for payment they were amazingly available. (Work with our generator, work on an APP to control temperature, be able to switch to our back up heat source). The unit itself had major issues with broken parts that needed replacement and again their service was worse than awful. I would not use this company and would not purchase Mitsubishi Hyper2 heat pump.

When I called them, their rude representative claimed their GPS said he was at my house for one hour and 27 minutes. Then she hung up on me. I then check my Ring doorbell camera and got the video evidence. I wrote the company and then got a call from a "manager" who claimed their rep didn't argue with me and they were fixing it. Watch out for these crooks. If they're willing to scam me on my first small bill, imagine what they'd do to you if you did a big project with them. CROOKS. Update: Subsequent to the original post, Jeffrey F from Arctic Mechanical wrote a reply to my post, inaccurately characterizing the events, but more importantly, listing my name and home address in his reply. Items and tools belonging to me that were borrowed during the work were not returned when requested, and communication around resolving this was dismissive rather than professional.
