When I proposed to my wife I was lucky enough to do so with my Grandmother's 100yr Tiffany & Co…read morering. Lucky for my wife indeed as it would have been a piece of string otherwise. Problem with 100yr old rings is they're... 100yrs old. The well worn tines holding these precious little stones in place were really struggling to do their job in these modern times. When, one morning, a few weeks ago we discovered the remnants of a tine sticking straight up and that we could move the emerald in it's setting, we decided it was time. After some research, talking to friends and reading online reviews we decided to entrust Aric with our coveted heirloom. We are SO glad we did! He did an incredible job of re-tining and re-pronging the ring, whilst keeping its low profile for everyday wear. We felt he was reasonably priced, communicative and respectful. Would highly recommend to all for jewelry repair work. The ring looks great again and my wife is very happy to have it back on her finger. Thanks Aric!

Not only was the jewelry fabulous but so was the staff, they take take to greet everyone that comes to the store and I was personally helped for over 20 minutes to find exactly what I wanted. Amazing store all around! You'll notice 1 one star review- I was there when this 'incident' occurred, nothing that they said was accurate. The staff were patient and helpful and when she asked them to go to the back to look for a ring that wasn't out front, she got impatient and left when it was taking too long after being belligerent with staff. She came back in and asked for the owners number and was HANDED POLITELY the card with his info on it. Then left in a huff. Don't let someone determined to have a bad day influence your opinion. Go check this place out for yourselves- it's impossible to have a bad experience with staff like that. 10/10 would recommend.
