I called to verify their hours as there was conflicting information online and the owner who answered was immediately rude. My other question was about jewelry repair on a piece I have which is a highly sought after Southwestern turquoise and silver necklace. He refused to even look at it if I brought it in and stated it wasn't even worth what it would cost to fix. The entire time he was incredibly condescending and treated me like I was trying to pawn something for Christmas money. I realized it was clearly outside of his self-inflated level of expertise and politely asked if he knew any other local jewelers who do have knowledge of this style of jewelry. Again, an abrupt "No." My fiance and I have done business there several times before over the years including the recent purchase and resizing of my engagement ring, and the staff were very nice. I expected to return to purchase wedding rings but now we'll take our business elsewhere due to the attitude of the owner. read more

Paid $450 for 6 appraisals that have yet to be completed. Was assured by Kim that they would be done in 3 business days, they're now one week past-due. Spoke with J.B. today, got no apology just lots of "Um's" and "Well's". Supposedly the completed appraisals will be mailed out today. I won't hold my breath. read more
