When I proposed to my wife I was lucky enough to do so with my Grandmother's 100yr Tiffany & Co…read morering. Lucky for my wife indeed as it would have been a piece of string otherwise. Problem with 100yr old rings is they're... 100yrs old. The well worn tines holding these precious little stones in place were really struggling to do their job in these modern times. When, one morning, a few weeks ago we discovered the remnants of a tine sticking straight up and that we could move the emerald in it's setting, we decided it was time. After some research, talking to friends and reading online reviews we decided to entrust Aric with our coveted heirloom. We are SO glad we did! He did an incredible job of re-tining and re-pronging the ring, whilst keeping its low profile for everyday wear. We felt he was reasonably priced, communicative and respectful. Would highly recommend to all for jewelry repair work. The ring looks great again and my wife is very happy to have it back on her finger. Thanks Aric!

Double Charged and No Accountability: BEWARE…read more Please make sure to check your credit card statement if you shop here. I was charged twice for a single transaction totaling $227.63-and the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I spoke with a woman named Christina, and rather than taking ownership or even offering a basic apology, she immediately shifted the blame to the credit card processing company. She told me they were closed and the issue would be addressed the following morning. Two days later-no update on my card, no call back. So I followed up myself AGAIN. Christina did not even acknowledge she forgot both to follow up and to handle the issue. Still, no apology for the oversight. Then, to make matters worse, she told me she couldn't credit the full amount and proceeded to argue with me that the store only charged once. She said she has to call their credit card processor for the remaining amount and sounded annoyed. This mistake should have been handled promptly. It's been 6 days, and I have yet to receive my credit back. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care is what prompted this review. Make sure you receive confirmation that you were only charged once for your transaction before you leave. Christina admitted it has happened before.

LOVE this art gallery, and maybe it's because my wife and I decided to buy our first "real" piece…read moreof art here. You'll find a bit of everything here from sculptures to very Montana art, landscapes both modern and a bit more traditional, but they also had some really cool modern art here as well, oddly enough featuring an artist from Mill Valley, CA while we were there. Anyway, we really fell in love with the art from Matt Flint - and ultimately that's what we purchased. Nate Colson and Jennifer Li two other artists we liked as well. Their website is up to date and a great resource to view the collection. Here's why else we loved this gallery: - Not pretentious at all, the staff is so welcoming and warm. - Kid friendly, of course don't let your kids run wild, but they were so cool about us with the kids in tow who are 6 and 4 and could kind of care less about what painting we picked - Shout out to Jessica and Yui who helped us decide, gave us the night to think about it and followed up when they said they would, along with explaining in detail the shipping options - Also shout out, giving us a small discount to offset the shipping costs, that was so kind of them and will keep us coming back - Old doggie who is so friendly, kids loved him - Great selection and a price range that should fit most budgets -- look if you're walking into a real art gallery, dont' expect to find $40 prints but they had plenty of pieces that were approachable Highly recommend making a stop at Underscore!
