Ben asked me to send pictures of my idea and he assured me he would have them done by Tuesday. I sent the pictures and never heard back from him. I had to continually text him to get any information or updates. At the end of it all the shirts weren't done by Tuesday and my anniversary gift was ruined. It would have been more professional of him to say he was too busy to commit to that timeframe and allow me to take my business elsewhere. CD Grafix have the most unprofessional/unorganized owners in my 20 years of experience I have ever…read moredealt with. I am truly puzzle as to how they can keep customers. over 4 weeks ago I had to find a different shirt supplier for my business because my supplier closed. I called, then visited the office of CD Grafix ,met both owners, and supplied them with requested artwork/logo. we agreed on price and quantity the same day. they informed me they would be leaving for vacation, but after they come back the shirts would be ready fairly quickly. I called them at the end of the week they were back to check on progress. I was told the shirts will be in any day and that we need to approve the artwork (which we did the same day}. I called a few more times (usually once a week) and got a few more reasons the shirt weren't ready. And all this time I was not upset or rushing them, I am an owner too and I completely understand how sometimes things run a little longer. After a month I am realizing that me being very patient a courteous is not getting my shirts, that by now, I desperately need. I called one evening and left a message for them to please call me and expressing my desperation of needing these shirts within the next day or two. The next late afternoon I called them (because they had not bothered to contact me) and again I get an excuse as to why the shirts are not ready. I just cant keep waiting for these shirts that should have been done weeks ago, so I start explained to the owner why I cant wait another week or two she cut me off to tell me they would rather not take our business .

I found out about this hidden fee that is nowhere listed on the site or in store after my card was charged. They gave no prior warning at all and have yet to show any evidence of these fees. The fact you charged someone 25% extra without justification makes zero sense. Then to add insult to injury a week later they charged my card again for no reason. Once I accepted they were not going to give me my money back I left it alone. Now today I see another fee literally a week later for nothing. My invoice has been paid in full yet I am still being charged for something I have paid for. This doesn't make any sense to me nor can I fathom how this is even legal. If you do any business with them do not allow them to have access to your card at all. Someone in that facility is either stealing customers information or they are just shady all together. Either way outside of the quality of work this has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with in regards to printing shirts. I do not recommend any one to spend anything with these people and if you do protect yourself in every way possible. Do not fall victim for the fraudulent business practices.
