Thankfully, they knew the trick to removing the pocket, making the process seamless. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was fair. My husband was equally impressed with the service when he picked up the finished product. We definitely recommend Derby City Embroidery and will be returning for any future needs. She walked me through fonts for each individualized handkerchief as well as colors. I'm not good at this stuff and was indecisive, but she offered suggestions to help me out. I couldn't be happier with how they came out. There was some waiting because one or more of the colors were not stocked, but I was prepared to wait and had plenty of time. The price was super reasonable. Couldn't be happier!

First & foremost the work they did was amazing but here comes the bad part. They charged me a…read moresecret fee that was never discussed or quoted to me EVER. I found out about this hidden fee that is nowhere listed on the site or in store after my card was charged. They gave no prior warning at all and have yet to show any evidence of these fees. The fact you charged someone 25% extra without justification makes zero sense. Then to add insult to injury a week later they charged my card again for no reason. Once I accepted they were not going to give me my money back I left it alone. Now today I see another fee literally a week later for nothing. My invoice has been paid in full yet I am still being charged for something I have paid for. This doesn't make any sense to me nor can I fathom how this is even legal. If you do any business with them do not allow them to have access to your card at all. Someone in that facility is either stealing customers information or they are just shady all together. Either way outside of the quality of work this has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with in regards to printing shirts. I do not recommend any one to spend anything with these people and if you do protect yourself in every way possible. Do not fall victim for the fraudulent business practices.

My first call with Jim ended in him saying"sure, just come on in and act like family" and he could not have been more true. They were incredible!!! I cant say enough good things, Alex was so patient helping me choose colors and designs, and Jim just stopped by every now and then to check on me and see if he could do anything too. They were crazy busy and I ask for an impossible timeline. I explained it was a gift for my sister and it just popped in my head to do. Jim said "we will do everything possible to meet that date for you. And I want to stress I waited really late. Honestly if they do or don't,it doesn't matter. I have not worked with a business that went over and above to make me feel welcome, appreciated and simply nice. I am a lifelong fan. Go see them, they are simply wonderful. Not only their work, but their service and friendliness . Thank you Jim and Alex !!!!!
