I ordered 5 different sets of 8 beautiful cat holiday postcards, on Dec 8, 2024. The live chat told me twice they would be delivered on Monday, Dec 16, but that wasn't accurate. Original ship email stated Dec 18, which was yesterday. I have called but their phone lines are bottlenecked due to the holidays, resulting in call disconnections. They said my order will be delivered December 20, by 9 pm on Friday. I don't think I'll receive them, sadly. There's insufficient time to prepare and mail them out as Christmas is Wednesday, the 25th. I asked for a full refund and a reshipment, both. I've wasted a great deal of time purchasing from Cafe Press, only to have nothing to show for it. read more

This company advertises friendly customer service, but what they don't tell you is customer service is absolutely useless. CafePress also does not stand behind their shipments nor do they make any effort to assist. Unfortunately, the package got lost in the mail 4 days ago at my local post office. Cafe Press uses "UPS Mail Innovations", in which they ship the package by UPS, and UPS hands it off to the US Postal Service. (Why not just use one or the other?) Long story short, tracking shows UPS delivered to USPS. USPS says they never received it and UPS still has it. USPS says to call Cafe Press. I explained to Cafe Press that I need this as a Christmas gift - Christmas is in 6 days. Customer service absolutely refused to budge and told me to wait. She said it's a frequent problem that their packages get lost in the mail and they "usually" show up "eventually". Unacceptable. Meanwhile, if I go onto Cafe Press webpage, today's the last day that I can re-order the same item, pay overnight shipping ($30), and get it on Christmas Eve. Why isn't Cafe Press making good and shipping another one? I understand they didn't lose the package, but if they have frequent problems with this oddball shipping method, it's their own fault for continuing to use it. I will never do business with them again because once they have your money, they could care less about helping you. read more

I am very happy with this company. I ordered a custom mug, and I am very happy with it. It was a fast ship and packaging was EXCELLENT. They have the best glass shipping I have ever gotten. That's why I looked for a place to post a review. I would HIGHLY recommend Cafe Press. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt- did not personalized-- but after nine days, my ordered still had not shipped, so I called the customer service number. The experience was not pleasant. When I finally was allowed to speak with an actual person, she continually tried to sell me "free" gift cards...... I kept asked her if she could help me locate my order or give me a ship date. After several times of responding that I did not want gift cards... she then told me that I would need to call another number and hung up on me! I wasn't rude, I simply asked multiple times whether she could help me. The WORST customer service experience I have had all season. And guess what, after the call, my order shipped. I have ordered from Cafe Press before and never had a problem so I was surprised and disappointed with this experience. read more

this online company has a seriously evil and draconian, rapacious new policy it is trying to force on its sellers. The people who sell their own designs on cafe press, all the graphics you choose from, are now being forced to sign a new agreement that is very oppressive. It says that if you CLOSE your seller account or THEY close your account, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A 25.00 TERMINATION FEE. A lot of us make very little money off our designs there, since we only get a tiny fraction of what customers pay. WE end up with miniscule earnings. THEY apparently want to take ALL OF IT. so in essence as unscrupulous as they are, they could just shut down a million accounts and make 25 million dollars. Or any such scenario. Now you cannot access your account to edit any of the photos of your designs, or any other editing or additions/ removals, unless you sign this horrific agreement. Well, i don't intend to agree to this horrible travesty, so it means i can no longer fix or replace any of my designs unless i sign it. This is trapping people who are long term, legacy users. they can't close the account without paying this fee, and they can't edit anything if they don't sign it. They cannot tend to their shops, nor collect any money they have earned without signing the tyrannical and unscrupulous new agreement. THEY ARE HOLDING OUR DESIGNS, OUR COMMISSIONS AND OUR ACCOUNTS HOSTAGE! read more

I placed an order with Cafe Press and they sent me a tracking number. When I tried to track my package using the number they gave me it could not be tracked. When I contacted Cafe Press they told me that the items I ordered come in an envelope and cannot be tracked. So, Why did they send me a BOGUS tracking number?? Still haven't received my order either. I placed an order for personalized shirts and some pajama pants. After placing the order I wished I had checked to see if the shirts could be colored instead of white. I decided to call their customer service number (figuring it was worth a try). I talked to Michael ( didn't get his last name). He was so nice and was able to cancel my previous order and place the new order over the phone for me. He acted like it was no problem at all. In the end I asked to speak to his supervisor to let them know how nice and helpful he was to me. I was told he was actually a new employee. He did fantastic for being new with their company and I'm sure he will be a great employee to keep on board. I received my order VERY quickly and everything looks great. I have previously placed orders with this company and never had a problem, but since talking to Michael in customer service I will make sure to use this company now on. Thank you Michael!!! read more
