This is one of the few times that I'm honestly pleased with an outcome, and also with the whole development process. I also remembered attending a free lunch and learn sponsored by them and called for a quote. I had a great experience with their sales manager and appreciated his patience while I made my vendor choice and secured budget dollars. The Marketing Squad was definitely more reasonable than other video production companies, but this didn't mean sacrificed end products based on their video samples. Our team had a discovery meeting to discuss our quote, goals for the video and learn how we needed to prep for a day of footage and scripting. I was given access to their online project management system where the project and its pieces could be reviewed and discussed. This eliminated having to manage multiple emails that get lost in an Inbox. The day of filming went smoothly. We had interviews set up for 4 people and shot several hours of b-roll in our forklift shop. Our videographer, Taylor, was laid back and had an eye for shots to capture our story best. After our first review of the drafted video, he also came back out to capture another shot and sound bite. The Marketing Squad secures voice over talent and background music for our video. They're providing shorter splices of content for our social media channels and email distribution. Their team is also helping me ensure the video is set up well on YouTube. I'm excited to debut our two videos to our sales team and customers. The Marketing Squad has been a great partner in helping our company tell a story and I'm planning to budget for more videos.
