I explained that we needed the T-shirts by the following Tuesday because our flight left out early Wednesday morning. Ben asked me to send pictures of my idea and he assured me he would have them done by Tuesday. I sent the pictures and never heard back from him. I had to continually text him to get any information or updates. At the end of it all the shirts weren't done by Tuesday and my anniversary gift was ruined. It would have been more professional of him to say he was too busy to commit to that timeframe and allow me to take my business elsewhere. When I expressed my disappointment he didn't even bother to respond. Just terrible business ethic all around.

His work is top quality if you ever need prints on shirts. There was not a single flaw on any of the them. He got the exact quantity of shirts for us in every size as requested. He had sizes Small-4xl which was a good range for a warehouse full of different sizes. He may have other sizes if you ask. He kept in touch through out every process. Very patient. He sent us a picture of a sample before he finished printing the rest to get the A-ok from us. Payment method he had was very easy to use. It was a payable invoice through PayPal.
