Then a year ago they printed all our shirts in the wrong color and refused to help absorb the cost of the shirts that were unusable bc they ruined them. Janet, who works with design was always rude so we decided to stop using them. We made the mistake of trying again and Janet was repeatedly rude to me as well as my staff, they didn't warn us that they take the tags off the shirts which is going to cost us hours of payroll to retag and they point blank will tell you that you don't matter as a customer.
