Ben asked me to send pictures of my idea and he assured me he would have them done by Tuesday. I sent the pictures and never heard back from him. I had to continually text him to get any information or updates. At the end of it all the shirts weren't done by Tuesday and my anniversary gift was ruined. It would have been more professional of him to say he was too busy to commit to that timeframe and allow me to take my business elsewhere. When I expressed my disappointment he didn't even bother to respond. Just terrible business ethic all around.
