I was the only donor there with a staff of about 4-5 people; who were very friendly. Honestly, I would recommend the mobile bus any day over visiting here. The wait is longer, which I don't understand, because it's pretty empty. You literally have to make extra time to visit here and then they offer you a t-shirt. I was a little disappointed when I could have went down the street at the Walmart visit the Red Bus instead. My waiting time would be shorter and I would also receive 2 free movie tickets. I guess knowing that my donation helps someone else makes it all worthwhile. Another great benefit of donating is the mini check-up you receive. A great way to encourage people to visit the office location over the bus would be to offer a choice of freebies other than green ugly t-shirts. Just another way to appreciate donors and encourage more visitors

The staff here is…read moregenerally decent--professional and polite, though like with most plasma centers, things can move at their own pace. Be prepared to spend about 1.5 to 2 hours total. Sometimes the check-in process actually takes longer than the donation itself, so a little patience is definitely required. Once you're back in the chair, the actual plasma draw usually goes smoothly. Overall, if you're looking to donate plasma and don't mind carving out a chunk of time from your day, this location gets the job done. Just plan ahead, bring something to read or watch on your phone, a jacket to keep you warm and know that the staff will take care of you. Remember to be patient with them.

At first, I thought it was just another way to make extra money however when I did my research on how my plasma saves lives it gave me a since of pride and joy that I am helping so many people. I now go there to help other people who needs my plasma to live a better life. The staff at the Longwood branch is awesome. The customer service is amazing, and Cassy and Cat are two of the most amazing ladies that I ever met in my entire life. These two ladies really and truly care about the donors. The complete staff is excellent, and I highly recommend anyone who want to make difference in the lives of other people to visit CSL PLASMA Longwood FL. Thank you CSL PLASMA LONGWOOD L D Bryant

During visits, I observed issues involving room cleanliness, organization of personal belongings, and what appeared to be a lack of attention to changes in my family member's condition. I also observed significant skin irritation and scratching that ultimately resulted in emergency medical evaluation after concerns were raised with her physician. Following hospitalization, additional medical conditions were identified that required treatment and infection-control precautions. As a result of the concerns I observed regarding care, sanitation, communication, and medical oversight, reports were submitted to state regulators and Adult Protective Services for review. Every family's experience may differ, but my recommendation is that loved ones visit frequently, document concerns, ask detailed questions regarding skin conditions, infections, changes in behavior, and ensure they are actively involved in care planning. I hope the facility takes all concerns seriously and continues working to improve the quality of care provided to vulnerable residents.

When I went to see her shortly after she got there, she was sitting in a wheelchair in the hallway with her head down, pretty drugged up and when she saw me, she cried and said "I'm so glad you're here" because she had to go to the bathroom. I couldn't get anybody to help me get her to the bathroom several times that I went there. At one point they said well she can just go in her diaper! My mother has never been incontinent a day in her life. Although she got used to peeing in her "diaper" when she was there! They would leave her sit and not check on her. Also, because of her dementia, she doesn't feed herself very well. I would go in hours after lunch was served and her food would be sitting there not touched. No one would come in and feed her. There were probably two workers that seemed to care about the patients. One had already given his notice to this hell hole! It was one of the top ones on the list of facilities to choose from. I have no idea how that happened! It is a horrible horrible place. If you care about your loved one, do not let them go there!
