As you walk into Kebir house you immediately enter the reception area but there isn't usually someone at the front desk. The staff usually come out from a back room and are happy to answer your questions. I feel that every time I have had to leave my pets with them, they have been well cared for. The treatments are quite expensive in my opinion, but I have never been to any others so I have no other figures to compare with. Something I didn't like was that there is no separate waiting area for the different animals. When I have waited with my cat (which is stressful enough for her) we have had to wait with dogs which upset both my cat and the dogs. As this is a small practice I don't think that they would be able to accommodate a split waiting area. read more
