We had a very good experience here. I chose them because they were nearby and accepted my insurance. We had a Friday morning appt for my daughter. She was seen right on time. Had the eye exam and picked out and ordered her glasses. The glasses arrived the next Monday...9 days after we ordered. We picked them up this morning, again no wait. Fit perfectly and looks great. Staff was friendly and professional. We will be back when the husband or I are ready for new glasses. read more

These people are incompetent and/or taking advantage of people. No communication, takes months to get your glasses and when you get them they're screwed up. We've had glasses we've been waiting for over 5 months to get, every time we go in... nothing. Always blame it on someone else. We just want our money back for glasses we never received. read more

They quote a pair of glasses at 445.00 and called me back saying they make a mistake and the would be over 600.00. I cancelled the order and want a refund of my deposit. Thank goodness I only put half down because now 30 days and no refund. Next is small claims court. read more

Been 3 years since I was there. They tried to collect on a Eye exam that I had no copay on from 3 years ago. Suggested ways to pay the outstanding balance: loan on my retirement, payday loan, etc. to pay the bill. I can not believe this place. read more

In 2015, I went on a trip to China. I had read, in China, one could buy glasses cheap. I saw these glasses, Dolce and Gabanna 1287 in rose gold, and wanted them, but didn't buy them because I was uncertain about them, and the price was high to me. After leaving China, I was sick I didn't get them, and have always wanted them. Now, I need new glasses, and for six months are longer, many times, I have searched the internet for the Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses in rose gold. Since it has been 2 years since I saw them, I have learned that the Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses are discontinued, and impossible to find in rose gold. Imagine my surprise when I saw these Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses in rose gold on Ebay. I really didn't think it possible for someone to have Dolce and Gabanna 1287, but the seller said he had two pair! Twice I wrote the seller asking about the glass, but no response. I called Ebay asking about buying something on their website that I didn't think existed, plus I was also concerned about purchasing something from someone that called themselves the Joker. Ebay said if I didn't get the glasses, or if they were not what was advertised, my money would be refund. So on November 19, I ordered the glasses and delivery was scheduled on December 7, 21 days later. Since delivery time was so long, I thought if the seller had the glasses, they may be coming from a different country. I waited the 21 days, and they didn't come. I filed a complaint with Ebay. I then had to wait 7 more days for an answer from Ebay., The seller never provided Ebay proof that the glasses had been shipped to me, so Ebay refunded my money. Since purchasing these glasses from Ebay, I have also learned the seller has two optical shops in Ohio. It is very sad, that an eye care professional, would try and sell merchandise on Ebay that doesn't exist. Don't be fooled by the Joker, he is a fraud. read more

Have been a loyal patient to this practice for many years, even though ordering my contacts and the wait time involved in receiving them in the past has been unacceptable. I just recently had my contact visit in February, my contacts were ordered, they told me one week to 10 days and they would be in. It has been two weeks and I had not heard from them so I stopped in and was told they are having trouble with the distributor and have no idea whether weeks or months for my contacts. The person waiting on me was not pleasant and said I should take my script somewhere else for my contacts. I asked where and she offered no help. The staff at this office have been unprofessional, lacking in the ability to perform their job well, and downright RUDE. Just this morning, I called to ask for their fax number, was asked if I could hold, I said, "No, I'm at work, I can't be put on hold. All I need is your fax number, please." She said, "OK" in a very sarcastic tone, and PUT ME ON HOLD ANYWAY. And by the way, the reason I called for the fax number is to provide proof of a payment that I made ON TIME last September, for which they keep billing me and have now threatened to send me to collections. Ummmm...No. I've called them multiple times and have had basically the same, inept, treatment every time I've called. If you live in the London area, I'd suggest saving a year worth of man hours to prove that you made a payment, and go to Springfield or Columbus for your family's eye care needs. The doc here is good, but his staff is pitiful, and their bookkeeping is even worse. read more
