We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. TO RYAN. I am beyond frustrated with this Buick I purchased in March. From the very beginning, it has been nothing but problems, and the dealership has not taken accountability. * The trunk doesn't open with the Buick logo or the key fob. * The check engine light came on literally one day after I got the car. On June 14th, it flashed "Service Engine" and another warning when I started it. * The car floods into all the floorboards and even the seatbelt compartments. The drain holes are broken, so water just sits inside the car. Now it's frozen, and frost has literally covered the inside of the vehicle. * The rim that came with the car kept popping my tires--I had to replace them over and over until I finally bought a new rim myself. * The oil pan they gave me has stripped threads and needs to be replaced. * The tire sensor is swapped or misconfigured, so I can't even trust the readings. ALSO NO AC !!! and not to mention i called them the week after i got it and noticed these problems and RYAN (the salesman who sold me this lemon) crying out of frustration he said he couldn't help and no one would be available till the next coming week. I had to buy a whole cover because when it rains and snows it leaks. when i got the car and the engine light came on it was because the car was so flooded. the water came RUSHING to the front like a tsunami whenever i would press the break. there is many more problems that have occurred but its so many i can't remember them all!!! I HAD TO GET A WHOLE NEW CAR (tesla model 3) FROM NORTH COAST MITSUBISHI MOTORS WEST CLEVELAND, ask for LOGUNN LITTLES !! he was AMAZING and sold me a beautiful tesla with no complications. I'm sure Ryan from KDK AUTO will remember the call and realize how maybe he should've taken it seriously back then. so now i have to go a different route. This is unacceptable. A car that i have had for less than a year should not have this many serious issues. I've already had to replace parts out of my own pocket, and the flooding/frost situation is a major safety hazard. I feel completely misled and stuck with a defective vehicle. If you value your money and safety, avoid this dealership. They sold me a car that is a nightmare to own, and I'm prepared to pursue Lemon Law action if this isn't resolved. read more

Went to purchase a vehicle from the dealership on 5/29/25. I went over the car, I noticed the turn signals on the headlights didn't work. I brought it up to the salesman and he stated "Oh yeah, we can't figure out what's wrong with those." Ok, maybe just a bulb or a fuse or something. Finish up the paperwork, everything goes smooth. Drive the car home that day. Come to find out that both front headlight assemblies have water in them and have to be replaced.. they're sealed LED headlight assemblies that cost over 1200 per light. When I called the dealership back to tell them this, the sales manager tells me "it should have been disclosed when you purchased the car. That's why we sold it for so cheap". No, that was not disclosed. I was simply told "We can't figure that out". The sales manager's response was "that should have told you we couldn't fix them". Sure, but that didn't tell me that I would have a multi-thousand dollar repair right out of the gate. This is a 2021 model year vehicle, mind you. Not some 20 year old car that you can't expect to be in good shape. Now, 6/19, some 22 days later, the dealership is telling me I need to resign some paperwork due to an "error". My trade in has already been paid off. My account with the auto finance company is already set up. As far as the sale goes, everything should be finalized. I asked what the error is regarding. They told me the finance company sent the money for the purchase to the wrong account. If the true, that's a banking error. I don't see what resigning paperwork is going to change for a banking error. Also, if that were true, why did my trade in already get paid off? Dealerships don't typically pay off a trade in until after they've secured the money from the finance company for the purchase. Really suspicious, and I feel like I may end up having to lawyer up for my own protection. Overall a terrible experience. That's looking like it might end up costing me the cost of the vehicle in extra repairs and legal fees. read more

I would not recommend this dealership due to the way I was treated by a staff member named Steve. I purchased a black 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe (VIN: 1GNUKBE09AR278108) from them. While the engine ran well, I later discovered that the frame was severely rotted. The situation became dangerous when a piece of the frame holding the shock absorber detached from the car while I was driving. When I contacted the dealership, I was connected to Steve Tube. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, which I believe was partly due to my age (19). I had originally left a negative review but removed it in hopes of reaching a resolution. During a follow-up call, Steve immediately accused me of hitting something and claimed the area was just "bare metal," seemingly trying to downplay or ignore the rust issue. However, you could see that oil had been sprayed on the frame and was coming off, it was clear the metal was heavily rusted and structurally compromised. Shoutout to Elder William as he was professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the financing process. He also assisted with the refund quickly, which I appreciated. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please make sure you read reviews for this car dealership before making any decisions. It seems they are prone to screwing over customers. We found and purchased a Yukon XL Denali from KDK the end of August 2024. We also purchased the Vehicle Service Contract, which we were told would cover everything bumper to bumper on the vehicle. As soon as we got the vehicle home, over an hour drive, the lights started to come on. We took the vehicle in to our trusted mechanic for a full check. Dealerships have to check over a vehicle completely before selling a warranty. The KDK mechanic put the oil filter in backwards which ended up causing a couple grand worth of damage that was not fully covered by the Service Contract we paid extra for... We called the dealership many times regarding this matter and they would not make it right. A couple months down the road and my vehicle ended up BACK in to a shop. It failed oil consumption test which again the service contract would not cover. Then we find out the engine itself is bad and we would need to get a new engine! Long story short, there wasnt even an engine for this vehicle available. We had no choice but to cut our losses and get a new vehicle. Now we are still dealing with this dealership trying to get our money back for the Vehicle Service Contract that we need cancelled due to no longer owning the vehicle! Had been shopping around for a certain replacement winter vehicle for a few months, when I found one just around the corner at KDK. Stopped in for five minutes, saw the car in their shop having the AC worked on, and thought I'd stop back. John, one of the owners, suggested a time that it would be ready to test-drive. It was ready, so I mentioned I wanted my wrench to take a look at it. "Oh, yeah. I know him. Want me to drive it over there for you?" The honesty was bracing. A guy at one of "those" lots, and he not only wants MY mechanic to look it over, he's gonna deliver it? I was still uncertain, until my guy calls me back. Needs a few things. Uh-oh. John: "Sure, we'll fix all that. Wanna pick it up tomorrow?" Well, uh. YEAH, I do. I'll drop a check off. "Oh, we work on a handshake. You tell me you want it, it's yours. See you tomorrow afternoon." I held the phone in my hand, staring at it. Could the transaction be this seamless? Wife, daughter and I head over. They love the front waiting area with all the chairs, tables and potted palms, where the daughter and I get only about twenty moves into a chess game before the car paperwork is complete and we're on the road. (She was ahead in captured pieces, but I controlled the center of the board. It was only a matter of time.) Final tally: Forty-five minutes, spread over two visits and three phone calls. They paid for all the repairs, I paid their asking price, which was WAY lower than any other comp within 200 miles, and we now have Yogi, the Great White Wonder in the garage. It crunched a bit when turning, so I got up under the front end to look. They had undercoated the truck, trying to hide several lousy welded patches to the body mounts and crossmember. Worked with Dan who is a long time sales manager there. He was courteous, professional, and despite it being a broker - meaning that their prices are close to non-negotiable - he made me a pretty fair deal on a used BMW X5. Dan was a busy with another customer for a few minutes and rather than have me wait he asked another salesman to help me out until he could get freed up. The other guy was pretty good as well. Dan later told me that they don't work on commission at KDK so they all help one another out in order to give the customers the best service possible. In addition, their selection is terrific and their prices are usually fair to good, and sometimes excellent. I use CarGurus.com to compare and evaluate how good a price for a vehicle is, and in my experience KDK's prices are pretty good generally. My only ding, is that they were so busy when I came to finalize the deal and pick up the car that I felt rushed. Also, the car was supposed to be detailed. But it wasn't. It was washed and vacuumed, but the windows were filmy on the inside and it doesn't look like it was detailed. Still, the car was already pretty clean, so this is a small gripe. I will go there again for the selection, the prices, and the service. All were very good. read more

My husband and son went to look at a car with low mileage from KDK. My husband loved the car. It was clean and body pristine. I told my husband not to rush and let's research it. The next day my husband took me up to test drive the car. My husband liked it but I could feel the car wasn't driving 100%. We took it to our mechanic and had it looked over. The car was in good condition but had 3 repairs that needed to be done right away. A tie rod, serpentine belt, and battery. Our mechanic told us he get a lot of cars from KDK and 90% are junk. He also went over the blue book price with us. The car was listed for $7900. Our mechanic said that in its condition it was worth $7100 after the repairs were done. We take the car back. My husband tell me to close the deal. I tell the sales man this is what needs repaired. He says he will repair it. Great! I said, you can have our mechanic repair it. He said no his will do it. I got a bad feeling. Now this sales man started to get arrogant. I said no thank you, I want my mechanic to fix it. I also told him that I will take the car with $800 off. It came away from the mount when I went over a railroad track. Also, there is a problem with the motor that I have yet to sort out. I bought Acura MDX in August 2016. They offered me extended warranty, I signed up. After couple of months I needed something to fix. But no one accepted the warranty. I called that company to cancel, they said that they cannot cancel. If you wanna cancel you have to call through KDK. I contact with KDK more than 6 times but they are not going to cancel. It means they are partners in different kind of warranties which they offer you at the time of deals. I am still paying for that for getting nothing. read more

I purchased a 2007 Acura RDX for my son Nov 2016. I also payed extra for a warranty through Wheelz (sp?). Recently had to get work done so the shop cld the warranty company and were told nothing is covered except basic power train. This is not what I was told by sales manger (name can't remember). He told me and I quote "everything is covered". Obviously not true. This warranty was not cheap either. $2000 for 3 yrs. My mistake for not checking small print. They sell nice cars at decent prices BUT DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY!!!! Update on purchase: I understand that when you purchase a high mileage car,(171000) things will have to be fixed. Because the maintenance plan was literally worthless, I have paid quite a bit for repairs. Less than a year ago both front struts replaced, $950 (Acura dealership wanted $1500) 3 months ago starter replaced, $475. Most recently alternator replaced, $500. Total repairs, $1925. None covered under very expensive maintenance plan KDK sold me for $2000. Now transmission needs repair, est $1100. This totals over $3000. Terrible, I would never do business with them again, the whole time we felt rushed and that they just wanted us out of there. Did not take any of our questions or concerns as soon as we got the vehicle! Wasn't until a week later they would even listen and try to fix what was wrong with the car and they acted like it was a giant deal though we drove three hours. Problems with the vehicle. That were fixed Upper and lower ball joints both sides And alignment! Problems not fixed! 3 chips in the windshield asked to have at least patched but they just turned heads. Second key fob Tires rotated after alignment All things could of been dealt with before leaving the lot the first time! Do believe they did smoke in or around car while in the shop windshield has a heavy film on it and I cleaned it before it went it no film Then as they finally took it to repair it which took 4 days to fix, what was wrong with it that they did fix, they gave a loaner no cost which was a plus but they gave it to us with an empty tank, and it was not a good loaner either I would of rather walked the 10 hours back than used it if I knew it was going to be that bad of a loaner! And when we went to pick the car up the salesman kept avoiding my question and my concerns again and was just giving me the "cold shoulder" and don't forget the eye rolls repeatedly! If they would just take the patience with each customer! Probably be a better business! But if you are car shopping avoid this place at all cost they will throw a unwanted warranty on your vehicle as well and if they tell you they are going to put a warranty on your wheels that it has no deductible his words, then got home and fully read all the paper work "since we was basically rushed out" it says $100 deductible for each wheel. and when I told them we was going to keep our tags if he drop the taxes it was like we was asking him to shoot his cat or something, he was definitely not a dog person! Oil was quart half low and black air filter look like orginal and rat lived in it :(. But after some time at ford dealer and $$$$. She running like a champ. When I checked the next morning to follow up he told me I would need $5000 down because apparently my approval was only tentative the previous day and less than 24 hrs it was raised to $5000 because of my credit which was the exact same the day before. The warranty they give you is bamboozled so they can get out of not paying for real stuff. I bought a car from them the car is dead in 4 months to make a long story short the dealership wants 8000 to fix the car a regular shop wants 3300. So therefore I do not have that kind of money and since I had a bad credit score in the beginning it's only worse now because I have a balance supposed to make car payments but the car is undriveable how fair is that.
