There is no obligation if they do find what you're looking for and you don't like it. I test drove cars and went to dealerships in addition to working with Diamond Auto Lease, but I liked the service they provided and the cars they had best. Even if Diamond doesn't find what you are looking for right away, they check in each week with updates. Once I purchased my car, they handled everything - set up my new registration, notified my insurance company, offered to handle the bank loan (and got me the best rate, too). The last time I bought a car, the process was extremely stressful, but this time, it was incredibly easy.

They expected top-dollar, full retail pricing for their pre-owned vehicle, yet tried to lowball my trade-in vehicle by roughly $10,000 below wholesale--and they did this sight-unseen, without ever even laying eyes on my car. To top it off, they wouldn't even honor the written trade-in estimate generated directly by their own dealership's website tool. If you are looking for transparent, honest business practices, look elsewhere. Plenty of other dealers out there actually respect a buyer's time and intelligence.

This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

Buyer beware!!!! My son wanted to purchase a car from this dealership. The tint on the mustang was…read moretoo dark ( most likely illegal in most parts of Ohio) and was bubbled. The car also had damage (which the owner said would be a $500 repair). I offer $500 lower and he wouldn't have to worry about the repair or the badly tinted window removal. The car was around $5000 and my son was going to put down $2500 cash. I told my son, we will just finance the difference and he could make the payments. The bank that Zarzour uses is First Bank and they declined me - I make over 100K a year and was declined for $2,500 ....what a joke. He apologized and I told him it was no big deal - I will just pay cash - I told him I would use my checking account bank card because the bank was already closed. He then went to set everything up and when I asked him why the figured were so high- he said he has to charge 3% if I use a bank card. I then told him I was just going to pay 100% cash for the car - again - the total was higher yet - so I questioned him again - he then told me that he never accepted my first offer - he raised the price back up to the original price when I told him I was going to pay cash - I told him to keep the car. What a joke. Why would I pay more for paying cash - this guy is crazy. I went with my son to another dealer (that don't rip people off)- I told my son to get a newer car and make payments - the loan from the other dealer was approved, no problem for $15,000
