I love this place. I have tried a couple people in the area that do threading but there are just not too many in my area and was I not happy with the quality of other threading shops. A friend told me about Kanwal's threading and how she really cares about her clients and won't do a quick fix but instead will give you the shape you want and spend the time with you needed. Kanwal is simply amazing at what she does! After the threader I loved closed her shop to raise her family, I couldn't find a threader I liked after trying 2 different ones. I then made them mistake of going back to waxing my eyebrows because I thought I was in trust worthy hands & well I the worst eyebrow wax ever after one of my waxing appointments (welts for 2 days, bald spots, uneven - the worst experience). When my eyebrows grew out enough where I prayed something could be done to fix them, I was so happy to find Kanwal on Yelp & I got the results I was hoping for. She is great! She listens to exactly what you want and does not rush. She always does my eyebrows the way I like them and she is almost always available when I call to make an appointment. I had a horrible first experience. My eyebrows and upper lip were done in literally "5 minutes" because she was running behind schedule and had other customers waiting. To add to it, she got a call and was threading while chatting over the phone. So unprofessional! I had blood stains at the end of it and was totally dissatisfied. 20 bucks for such a shitty job and poor customer service. If you cannot provide good customer service and meet commitments, please don't take customers!! read more

I don't usually write reviews, but WOW I just HAD to give her 5 stars. It was the first time getting my eyebrows done at KD's and she totally exceeded my expectations. I've been to so many hair removal places (4-5 stars) over the years, but none of them seemed to achieve what I'd been looking for---- getting the hair from the root. She's extremely detailed and takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are on fleek. In addition, she's also soo soo sweet and helpful. Gave me great advice for making my brows look better.
