Disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. I…read moream conflicted about my experience with New Spirit HVAC. The salesman who came out to my home was incredibly nice, friendly, and informative. While he did arrive late and took a few days to provide the estimate, I appreciated the time he spent answering my questions. Even though his quote was on the higher side, I was completely sold after we met and texted. However, the communication since then has been completely non-existent. I have been trying to reach him for well over a week now to follow up, but I haven't received a single response or callback. I even tried calling the main office once, but I got no response there either. It makes no sense to me that a company would put in the initial effort to pitch a sale, only to go completely silent when a customer is ready to move forward. While the customer service started out promising, the total lack of responsiveness from both the salesman and the office was incredibly frustrating. Because of this, I had no choice but to go with my second choice for the installation. Thankfully, that experience went amazingly well and went off without a single issue.
