The previous company who serviced this homes HVAC is no longer is business (I have learned why). Was promised a 1 HR arrival time and came 15 minutes early. But that was amazing as some other places I've called in HVAC crisis (previous occasions during winter) and none were ever as responsive as these guys. Brian came and let me spit out my jargon on what I thought was wrong. Listened and immediately got to work. It was definitely a task for a professional as the wiring was messed up when initially installed. He checked over all the system components and educated me on different aspects on the HVAV system in my home. Even took the time to educate me on making it more efficient. I know most people are like "that is what they do to get you more money", but he really focused on how the more efficient HVAC would ultimately save me money over time. Got the AC up and running in I want to say less than an hour. Was truly a professional and the icing on top of the cake for a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied and with an area littered with HVAC companies, please save yourself some time and money and call 'Done Rite Heating and Cooling"

He completely decommissioned my old oil tank and furnace, built all the ductwork in my attic from scratch, and installed a full heating AND cooling system. Bryan's knowledge of both the HVAC systems and the PSE&G rebate programs is incredible - I was equally impressed with both. He handled ALL the complicated paperwork and kept finding new rebates I qualified for. He redid my paperwork THREE TIMES to get me maximum savings! Nothing due upfront, 0% financing for 10 years, and payments right on my PSE&G bill. That level of integrity is hard to find these days. When we had one issue after installation, they were out the same afternoon and worked on New Year's Eve until they were absolutely sure I had heat and everything was resolved. Bryan explained how the new system works so I understood everything - always kept me informed throughout the process. This type of customer service and dedication isn't found often. Strongly recommend Done Rite for any heating or cooling needs!

He cleaned it for 1/4 the price someone else tried to charge me and taught me a lot about my unit. Prior to him, I literally had 3 companies no-show, then one actually steal my money (I was dumb, I paid up front for a job half done. He didn't show up the next day and ghosted me.) This year, I called Chad again, and he came to fix an issue with my AC fan, and when it shuttered down after a few days, he replaced my unit completely. Chad and his team are THE BEST. I had called half a dozen AC people in the past year, and he was the only one who: 1) showed up on time 2) responded quickly 3) answered all my questions 4) was respectful and knowledgeable 5) did NOT try to upsell me, and tried really hard to fix my issues before recommending a new unit 6) SUPER honest about prices and options of AC models Above and beyond - when he heard my circuit breaker kept shorting out, causing me to have No AC, he opened the panel to investigate and noticed two AC units were running from the same breaker. He took extra time to fix this problem so I would not be out of AC again in my bedroom. I don't know what else to say. This guy knows what he's doing, and is super nice and trustworthy and responsive. I would highly recommend him. Let me also say, as a female, I feel 100% comfortable with this guy. It matters.

I had recently purchased a duplex, and I didn't know the last time they had been cleaned. At the time I had no roof access, so I couldn't inspect the units myself. I am not a contractor/HVAC specialist, but I am handy. Richie came out, and was able to get onto my roof through a window, and I was thankful for that. Richie also inspected the units and checked my pressures and said everything looked fine. A month or so later the AC in my unit stopped working. Since Richie was willing to get onto my roof, I called him up again. He said I would need a whole new system. I admit, my system is old, but I said I didn't have the money to replace it (I had just remodeled my rental unit). Later in the winter I had a gas leak on the furnace in my rental apartment and I needed help with that. Richie had seen my AC and furnaces now 2 times and did not show up with the proper parts. He charged me and I finished the job myself with parts I ordered. Fast forward to yesterday, 10 months after my AC stopped working and I had a friend who is a contractor get me roof access so the AC units could be inspected. It turns out that whoever installed the units previously had installed a fusable disconnect with copper pipes instead of fuses and one had come loose. That was the issue. My AC unit was only getting 110v. A 30$ part fixed my AC unit after I had gone 10 months agonizing over what to do and having to buy window units because or a very obvious problem that Richie felt I would never be able to figure out. Don't go with this company, especially if you have an older system. They are only looking to upsell you, not fix problems. See picture below of the old disconnect and loose copper pipe.
