And I am telling you- if you live in a walk up building any higher than the 1st floor- just push your furniture down yourself. They came up with a new fee for flights of stairs in the last few months. Four hundred f'ing dollars to take down a futon. Without that fee, it only would've cost me $150 after tip- that price of course being much better which is why that's NOT what they charged me. $99 for the one futon, $200 for the "walk up building" then because of that fee, the already calculated 20% tip was 75% of the actual job cost. UNREAL.
