For all the complications from Gregg's incompetence KC Elite handle it all so professionally and thoroughly to the point I have to say they were wonderful. They literally saved my house from being condemned. They came in put temporary jacks to stabilize my house, boarded and secured the unnecessary new large large opening, created by previous contractor, in a failing foundation wall. They put in emergency sump pumps to remove the enormous amount of water in the basement. After it was stable David, David Teany owner operator, brought in an engineer to make sure we were in good shape. Only THEN, they were able to start work on the foundation. They did everything and more they said they would do and did it exactly when they said they would do it. There was a few delays which could not be avoided such as weather.
