We recently last week had work done by Sam the Concrete man, they did an awesome job on the…read moredriveway. We also had them to install a drain in the driveway as well. We have had major issues with the drainage where mud is coming up out of the drain and our brand new driveway is full of mud where the drain is located. We have spoken with the owner to report the issue as soon as we discovered it he admitted that there needs to be me more dirt which he has promised to bring and never has showed up. When it rains the water is backing up and coming back to through the drain that was installed. We have contacted the owner via phone and text, he was supposed to get back to us by Tuesday and it is now Wednesday and he is not returning our calls. We have called the office and they just refer us to the owner and still no response. We paid thousands of dollars thinking that the work would be done correctly and that it being a bigger company if we had issues they would be resolved. When it was time to pay the owner showed up with no problem, now that we have issues with the work done we can't get a response. We are so frustrated to the point of tears.

Had sureglow install a chase cover, chimney cap and gas log fireplace last March. I don't think it is anything on their end but they still siliconed where my roof met the chimney. Advised that if that didn' fix it they could come back and do a better seal around where the roof met the chimney. There was no charge today even though they did further sealing not related to their initial work.

Frank is very personable, explained all areas of interest which would raise flags, which items should be given immediate attention and others which were normal settling such as vertical/horizontal cracking. His suggestions of benefits such as additional attic insulation, drainage away from the foundation, etc., put us at ease that nothing serious was noticed, just maintaining good maintenance practices.
