For a $115 detailing I would expect a more detailed cleaning than this, not a half ass job cleaning. Idk if the rag they used was dirty or what solution it was, but when we drove late last night the windshield was so smudgy, it was hard to see! They also did not clean the windows in the back at all its full of finger prints and smudge. Majority of the time I detail our own car, but we are so busy and I do not have my tools to do the job myself as we were staying with the family and in route to our next duty station. The car has to passed the inspection to be able to ship it to my husbands next military duty station, is the main reason we called this detailing company, and now we have so much to touch up still! Theres also some crevices where the captain seating slide back and forth thats not at all been cleaned out. It is so dirty, full of crumbs, and they told my husband they cant get it because theres some grease! For a detailing company, I would expect them to have more tools to get the job done their customer needs. My in laws thought of going thru them to get some detailing, but changed their mind after seeing how they did. We do not recommend this detailing company! The transaction is under my husbands information not under my name incase the owner of this place tries to verify it.

When I spoke to a representative earlier in the week, he confirmed that they would indeed clean the interior for free. When I showed up this morning the manager on duty stated "good luck with that!" and further stated there was no way that he was going to give me a free cleaning and was downright rude. While I was satisfied with the interior, other that having the cloth seats still soaking wet when I sat down, the exterior detailing was NOT to my expectations; in fact, it was unsatisfactory!!! The exterior detailing was supposed to include Clay Bar process applied to the exterior and waxing of the entire vehicle. I have experience doing the process having done so on a car. The purpose of the process is to remove deeply embedded contaminants, such as industrial fallout, brake dust, and road grit, that a regular car wash can't remove, resulting in a smooth, contamination-free paint finish. If done, the process did not achieve the stated purpose. Small dark spots and pine sap remained on the hood, side panel, and tailgate. And, although minor issue, a dried pine sap remained on the windshield which was easily removed when pointed out to the staff. When I pointed out the dark spots and pine sap a staff member removed the dried pine sap from the windshield and attempted to remove the spots and pine sap from the paint. He used a spray and a cloth in failed attempts to remove issues I pointed out. His response it that they didn't have the ability to use anything stronger on the paint. Here's a news flash! All they need to do is go to the CVS store right next to Team Blue and purchase some basic Isopropyl Alcohol and use a microfiber rage to dissolve the pine sap and black spots; it took me 15 minutes to remove every spot and pine sap dropping on the truck. Disappointed and NOT satisfied with Team Blue's service & question if I should ever go back for any service!!!
