We bought a 2016 Avalon and didn't like the comfort of the front seats. When we asked, 2 local car…read moredealers both highly recommended Rainbow so we called and made an appointment. The owner/upholster was not talkative, but was polite and reupholstered the 2 seats while we ran a few errands - probably about 4 hours max. The work was excellent and we have had no issues in the year since we had them done. The price seemed very reasonable too. We'll go back if we ever need upholstering.

Took my John Deere lawn tractor seat to him, he said he gave me a good price and said "three…read moreweeks". Four weeks later, I called him left a message, he didn't call back. Called a few days later, he answered and was very gruff and short on the phone, he said he hadn't done it yet and it would be a few more weeks. Not a big deal, it's too cold for grass and the snow's not falling yet (this tractor is my snowblower). A few more weeks go by, tried to call, left messages, wasn't called back. Stopped by during "normal business hours" and no one was there, the place was locked. Finally went back after giving it to him 2.5 months ago. He still hadn't done anything to my seat. Said it'd be another week yet. I said no thanks, I'll take it now. Have no idea what his quality of work is or if you can get him to do anything. His work-ethic is terrible and his customer service skills are deplorable. He must be making money some other way, because he's definitely not out for business. Now I'm taking my seat to the Amish.

Cartopia Detailing & 365 Auto Repair - This is how the "professional" installs Rear sway bar links, avoid at all costs

If I could give zero stars I would. Cartopia Detailing / 365 Auto on W Fourth St in williamsport…read morePA, is easily the most dangerous, incompetent, and unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with in my life. This isn't just bad service. This is straight up mechanical negligence and zero regard for customer safety. The "mechanic" here clearly has no idea what he's doing. Basic installations that any competent tech should handle without issue were completely butchered. He destroyed parts of my vehicle by installing the rear sway bar links incorrectly and literally hammering on the surface of my rotors instead of using the proper tools like someone who actually knows what they're doing. I've now had two separate mechanics look at the car and both confirmed the same thing. The vehicle was dangerously unsafe to drive after leaving this shop. Instead of taking responsibility like a professional, he blames the aftermarket parts that he personally approved or starts attacking customers for "Googling things" when called out. The environment at this place is just as bad as the work they do. * Substance use. The main mechanic has been seen getting high while working on vehicles. Think about that for a second. The person responsible for the safety of your car is impaired while doing the work. * Drama and vandalism. The shop is surrounded by constant drama and chaos. There have even been situations where people's cars were getting slashed because of the personal problems the staff drags into the business. If you care about your vehicle or your safety do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. There are plenty of honest shops out there. This is not one of them.

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a total rip-off. Not only are the…read moreprices astronomical, but the quality of work is amateur at best. The head mechanic clearly has no idea what he's doing--it's honestly shocking he's in a leadership position. I left feeling scammed and my car looks worse for wear. I will never be back.
