I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. On the day of the shoot, Kree arrived right on time and immediately made my niece feel comfortable. She gave me a timeline of 4-6 weeks I would receive my pictures after wedding,then it changed to 8 weeks ( fine ) However I reach out to her (or try to ) and see where my pictures were ( 8 weeks after my wedding )I texted no answer couple days later I called no answer so I reached out to her on Facebook and finally she replied and they weren't ready yet. 10 weeks since my wedding I tried contacting her again with still no answers. FINALLY received my pictures, then a phone call of her crying to plead to take down my review so I did, BUT now a year later I can't access my wedding photos, once again I've tried reaching out to her with no response AT ALL. I went to her office she wasn't there. Looks like Court is the next step. I should be able to access my photos whenever I want since I paid 2300 bucks for them. WILL NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE.

From the initial communication to the photo shoot day and the final images, everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully handled. We chose three stunning locations: Legion of Honor, Torpedo Wharf, and Marina Drive. Another Lu was extremely familiar with all three locations and knew exactly how to use the scenery, architecture, and lighting to create breathtaking shots. Legion of Honor - The architecture here is very elegant. The photographer did an amazing job using its natural light, and the photos came out cinematic and timeless. Torpedo Wharf & Marina Drive - These locations were such a surprise. The combination of ocean views and the bay bridge gave the photos a storytelling feel. Although the fog were very dense, and super windy on that day, Another Lu still captured so many beautiful moments that we absolutely love. The team timed everything perfectly, and the final images feel romantic, soft, and dreamy, exactly what we envisioned for our wedding photos. The entire shoot was fun, relaxed, and stress-free. Another Lu guided us naturally through all poses. We had so much fun and laughter through out the whole time. Most importantly, the final photos brought us smiles to our faces.
