I took high school photos here years ago and I thought they turned out nice so I decided to go back here with my newborn and do some family holiday photos. When I called to ask about pricing they wouldn't give me specific numbers which should've been a red flag but they told me packages start at a few hundred.. I was fine with that so we went the week before Xmas and did the photos we loved them and the staff was great with our newborn. However when we went to choose our photos we were in total shock to find out 10 photos would be $1,000. Basically every photo we wanted was $100 each which was pretty messed up because we loved the photos but they're not worth paying $100 each. We were clearly upset and she gave us a discount so we ended up paying $800 for 10 photos which was still super ridiculous but we wanted the photos for Xmas and had no time to go else where we wouldn't get them before Xmas. These were going to be a gift for our family. We honestly felt played and I would never go here again just because the prices are just outrageous. There is nothing special about the photos that would make them so pricey. We took family photos else where and paid $400 for 30 photos!! That's more reasonable. I don't know how they stay in business charging like this and no wonder they didn't want to be upfront about the price because I wouldn't have even done the photos if I had known. I'm giving an extra star because the staff was super nice and they got the photos back to us quickly before Xmas but sorry never again! read more

Ordered my son's graduation pictures online and was told that "unfortunately your order got overlooked" I guess I didn't spend enough money with them. Had me on hold for 15 minutes looking for my order, then returned with "we can have your picture 1 week from now". They billed my credit card immediately though. It's been 1 month since they billed my card. The funny thing is, it's just one 8x10 picture. I'm wondering how much longer I would have had to wait if I didn't make the call. Forever? read more

I don't understand the positive reviews. The graduation pictures that were taken here looked absolutely horrendous. The photographers here have a poor understanding of composition and white balance. The lighting in the photos made the pictures turn out orange. I was extremely disappointed. Another thing to mention is that the photos here are outrageously expensive and not worth the price that they are charging. They said that a single 8x10 photo would be $89 and if I wanted to purchase the CD with my pictures I would have to purchase a package that included it. The cheapest one Linda mentioned was over $700. I will not be returning to this studio and do not recommend that any of the graduates purchase any of their graduation photos here. Take them elsewhere. You'll get better quality photos and they'll actually be affordable. read more

We had our family Christmas pictures taken a few years ago by Connie. They turned out great. We all agreed this was the best family photo experience ever. Connie has the ability to capture the moment for each person in the photo. Recently my husband passed away and I needed a memory card. My fiancé, Kasey, and I had our engagement photos taken by Connie. Long story short, Kasey didn't know that the engagement was going to happen. She thought it was a "model" opportunity to help a friend out. Connie and her team coordinated the behind the scenes to make it EPIC! I knew from my first consultation that we were in good hands. DONT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. My D had senior photo taken because requires by his high school. I paid addl $30 to take 1 more prop and I clearly told 'L' this is only pose I would be interested in purchase. The photographer Louis (female) promised give me chance to take couple shots (tuxedo post) for facebook but immediately after tuxedo post, she made my D take off prop and move on to cap gown. She rushed us like a "fast food" and I didnt appreciate how we were treated. We were kicked out less than 15min. At the end I argued with her said she promised let me capture a shot for facebook but why she made my D changed into cap gown. After arguing with her and almost wanted leave, she unwillingly let my D borrow prop to take with our phone but guess what, the lighting inside for some reason is specially treated that does not allow my phone/camera to work. Burr no matter how we tried! I did not had any success with any photo and she left us in back for 1min. ran to front desk gossip & complaint then came back to rush us out her room. I later called Linda/sales and her excuse was they only allow 15min to each apt because they're swam making deadines! The package is never cheap, lowest $170+tax, and only 1 background allow (high school standard she said..) That's not true though. My elder daughter had her senior portrait few years back and she had 5-6 different background and they allow her to change in dress room. For her 2nd post which I paid $30, she was allowed a black/grey background for her professional/job post. Here my D came in to the camera room and they put the prop on top and immediately start shooting. And one background all shots to save her time. And you wont be given chance to fix your hair if mess up. Their lowest pack is $169+tax for 3 sheets -one pose only. I wasted 2hrs of my time and $30 which I could donate to charity. My suggestion is go to JC P $69 purchase CD and each sheet is $3.99. They have cap and gown prop included in black color. Good luck to all seniors! read more

My senior pictures were okay, but this studio does not take into account or know how to edit pictures of people with melanin. I went to politely ask to fix my picture and make it less dull, and there was this white lady in the front who was disgustingly racist to me, and said I should be satisfied with my pictures just because I am dark. I want to bring this into light because her comments were so out of pocket and rude. read more

This is a beautiful studio with an experienced photographer and lovely staff! They are all so warm and welcoming! They are very accommodating and getting photos taken of my young children is such a breeze here. I love that we are able to see our photos on a large screen to choose which shots we like best.. which is so hard to narrow down because they are all great shots!! Check out the photos this studio produces on facebook or their website, they are absolutely amazing! My sons Sr portraits were taken here and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The photos are terrific as well as the customer service. When ordering the time was taken with to review all of the pictures and finalize our order without being rushed.
