They were ready to serve exactly when they said they would be. He catered Italian Food for a 100+ party. Most importantly, the food - Pesto Penne, Shrimp Alfredo, Baked Ziti, Roasted Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes, Bread Rolls - was incredibly DELICIOUS. Pricing was great and Alex was able to work within my budget. In addition to providing wonderful dishes, he provided plates, napkins and silverware for our guests. I contacted them and immediately someone called me back, I believe it was Michael. He told me he was leaving the office but he would get back to me in the morning. He did! I was in the dark and I told him that budget meets classy is what I was going for, but I didn't want seafood. He emailed some great ideas, but then 2 out of the 3 appetizers had sea food. I told him about it and I said he could leave one. He said he would send me updates and pricing. From there it took a turn, he was not getting back to me. Finally when I did call him he was apologetic and said he was busy with other events/ clients. I said no problem, but I needed to make sure everything was going to be taken for my event. He said he would revise, 2 weeks go by and I heard nothing ( I tried to be patient and give him the benefit of the doubt). Finally I ended up calling and said don't bother getting back to me.
