Chef Daniel recently gave me one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. For my birthday,…read morehe prepared a custom four-course meal for my husband and me in our home, and it was truly incredible. To start, he created the most amazing charcuterie board with bacon-wrapped dates, fresh fruit, and a wonderful selection of meats and cheeses. We also enjoyed a delicious caprese salad with buttered toasted baguettes, followed by flavorful chicken masala served with rice, roasted veggies, and naan bread. For dessert, he made my favorite: yellow cake with chocolate frosting, made even more spectacular with fresh whipped cream and berries. Beyond the food, Daniel is so personable and fun--he created a warm, relaxed, and entertaining atmosphere throughout the evening. He even cleaned the kitchen afterwards, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will never forget this experience, and I can't recommend Chef Daniel enough if you want to make your event truly special!

Chef Peter is the real deal. I contacted him to cater our firm's holiday party this year. From…read morefirst contact to the two months leading up to the event, he was responsive and kind. He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. I could not ask for a better duo for the night. Also big thanks to Tomas and Erick - their waitstaff. Amazing night they pulled off. I'm a perfectionist. Type A host. I'm very particular on how I throw my parties and Chef Peter surpassed my expectations & more. My entire firm will not shutup about how amazing the food and service was. The party was a hit and I believe it was because of the food & bar. I will 100% hire this team again for future events.

The kids were spellbound by the fire show and even the pickiest eaters loved it! The party was for my 8 year old daughter and they not only cooked, but did balloon twisting for the kids and gave her a light up crown with additional sparkler candles, then ended the evening cutting the cake with a samurai sword. The adults had a great time too and several guests asked for their information so that they could host something similar. Very interactive and also delicious! We did the steak/ shrimp/ chicken option and it was definitely worth having the variety.

After reaching out through his website, he sent us a message to schedule an introductory phone call. He shared his professional background and then went through a detailed discussion reviewing our vision for the night, including timing of the event, likes/dislikes, options for specialty/seasonal ingredients, etc. After the phone call, he followed up with a proposed menu for a 5-course omakase meal, accounting for our preferences, which was spot on. We paid a deposit to secure the date. He checked in a few days before the event and day-of kept a good line of communication with us, providing ETA. He was quick to set up in our kitchen and then the magic started. He brought his own table lights, dishware, utensils, cooking supplies/pans, etc. He offers tablecloths as well. When dinner was ready, he announced each course, sharing how the dish was prepared. The food was awesome. Just simply awesome. Pictures won't do justice, especially since I forgot to take some as I was enjoying the food too much. He buys the fish fresh that morning and you can appreciate the quality of it. And by the way, he prepped separate meals for our young children :) Afterwards, he took care of all the cleaning, cleared the tables, packed his supplies and graciously bowed out for the night. We're so glad we found him for our special night!
