I spent hours searching online, chatting with different vendors, and even adjusting my design to make it less daunting for a vendor to complete. At the end of long day, I took a chance and called Shawn at Instant Imprints 1 minute before closing and I'm SO THANKFUL I did. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease. They looked great, got to box them exactly how I imagined and those who got their gifts were really surprised and excited about not getting a regular schmegular plaque. I am so grateful to him and the staff for making this happen for me and my company. I will ONLY be using them for my future projects.

I stopped by Instant Imprints San Marcos and I'm so lucky I did. Service was stupendous! I spoke with Sam at the front desk and carefully explained to him what it is I desired: half size 5"x7" double sided color flyers. A quick approval from Tim on the formatting and design, and I was out the door in a matter of minutes! The best surprise was to find out that my Uncle, Fernando of Resendiz Construction, actually does business with them with his printed merchandise. It was an awesome affirmation that they are in fact an amazing establishment to do work with. I look forward to future partnership opportunities where we can both further each other's businesses. I initially spoke to Maria who was very helpful. I needed a sign with my logo on it but I needed it in a rush. She told me if I sent over the information, they could likely have it done the next day. I sent over the graphic and it wasn't long before I received the proof. I had a few changes I wanted after seeing the proof and they were quick to make the changes. Later I spoke to Patricia about the final changes and again, she was quick to make the adjustments and get the proof over to me. Once I approved the proof, because I needed it so quickly, Patricia said she would try and get it to me that afternoon. It wasn't long before I received an email saying Maria had completed the work and it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, it was pouring rain and the man inside wrapped up my sign in plastic to protect it. The sign was perfect and again, I can't thank them enough for putting this all together in less than 24 hours. Great store and I'm sure I'll be back. HIGHLY recommend their services.
