My…read morewebsite developer had told me on multiple occasions that everything had been cleaned up, but my website was still being blocked, and anyone using Spectrum was unable to access it. I found David online, and he was a lifesaver. He immediately went to work, found everything that had been compromised, cleaned it all up, and within two days I was able to get my website back up and running and get back to business. My only regret is that I didn't find David sooner. I hope my website never gets hacked again, but knowing I have David to turn to gives me a lot of peace of mind. If anything happens in the future, I know I have someone who can quickly figure out what's wrong and get it resolved. I highly recommend David to anyone dealing with a hacked or compromised website.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Our company is showing up in AI-generated answers when people are looking for contractors and construction services in our area. We've also started getting calls from people who said they found us through an AI answer. Raz also helped us stay ahead of the shift toward AI-driven search instead of waiting until everyone else was doing it. We're getting our name in front of more potential clients, and we're seeing actual calls come from it.

We were trying to meet with him and he seemed to have constant excuses, we finally got him on a zoom call to make sure & he still said he wouldn't be able to meet us to confirm everything with a blurred background of his video call. He said his sister can meet us, which seemed a bit odd since we had never discussed anything with her. It's not fair to put the impression of being local when you are not being honest about it. Lots of people would be fine with this, however honesty is key when you are trusting them with your brand. Again, nice guy overall but he is not local. You'd want a face to a person with a local small business which is why we contacted him also with his business name. Suit yourself, but be aware!

Neither could the developer who originally made my site (ridiculous). I needed an urgent fix on a crucial function which was driving me nuts. I was also very overwhelmed because from prior experience, you never know what you will get when hiring a web developer. I contacted John, and after running his diagnostics, he identified the issue and resolved it within a couple of days. The best part of working with John is his efficient communication. He always answered any inquiry within a day or less. He is a very honest guy and I highly recommend his web design services.

If you need a website redesign, immediately contact LDA Interactive. Our website is now AMAZING!…read moreWe have almost tripled our traffic since LDA Interactive launched our newly designed site. All the adjectives I know cannot sum up how much I have enjoyed working with this company. Affordable. Supportive. Stuck to schedule. Select this business for your web design needs. You won't be disappointed. We are a mid-size non-profit organization that was in desperate need of a fresh, interactive new website. We interviewed 5 different design firms and finally chose LDA Interactive because of their location, their reviews, and most of all John's willingness to work with our less than tech savvy staff. Originally, we planned for a quick redesign process but due to the approval process with the agency, it took much longer. LDA Interactive was so willing to work with our changing schedule. They were very patient and understanding with our process and delays on our side. They provided a clear calendar of how long the process would take. They worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with our design, listening to issues we had, and offered various ways to make the best site possible. There were several technical challenges associated with our old site. LDA Interactive worked with us through all the difficult problems that occurred to make a fresh new site that does everything we dreamt of.

Can I give them six stars?…read more After a wild boot loop saga began on my phone, I was worried a lot of my data I had amassed would be lost forever. I wasn't sure where to look, and out of the blue, I decided to do some googling and came across this country with, needless to say, a very appealing name! After looking into it, I saw a couple of fantastic things that were green flags immediately: 1. The reviews were glowing (and here's another one - and I never write anything). People seemed to love the company's mission, and I even read that the founder (more in a sec!) created the company just for that reason: he didn't feel people should pay an outrageous amount of money to get their data back. 2. Brian himself. What a guy. He was active on a bunch of forums, and you could tell he put together a small, dedicated team who really valued that people trusted them with their services. And Brian and his team saw me through a bunch of the chaos, answering a bunch of my questions, putting me at ease, and then - through the wonders of the US postal service - procured all of my data again. (I'm backing it up right now - and if you're reading this right now, back up your data too!!) So, yeah. This company is about as legit as it comes, and if you're looking for data recovery in any capacity, you've found the pinnacle in compassionate professionalism right here. Keep on keeping on, team!
