If you get your eyebrows done and it hurts or they're going too fast, make sure to speak up and…read morestop them. Neither is normal or okay. I went to get my eyebrows tidied (not even shaped). Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. The store was nice, clean, and not busy. I was able to walk in and get my eyebrows waxed right away. I met Magda who was the brow technician and she really did a good job.
