I went in to get my eyebrows tinted. One of the techs was saying she wasn't sure if she could tint my eyebrows. I have gotten my eyebrows tinted before so I knew that was a lie. Now unless she could do it cause she was experienced then I understand but she didn't say that she kept complaining about my eyebrows. But she a would try and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Turns out she went with a lighter color that I had asked for, they weren't even and to make matters even worst even after the owner or manager came to look and even she wasn't satisfied with her employees work. She apologized and gave me a discount. She asked if I came later (since they were busy) she would fix them for me which I applaud her attempt to fix an employees mistakes but to have to come back was not an option for me. i went to ross to do some returns. i saw this place next door to five below. i was like, oh i need to get my brows and upper lip done cause it's been months! i went in, fine, greeted & waited. when it was my turn, i told her (just that one lady who was working & the store was completely empty.) i asked/wanted to get brows and upper lips. i pointed with my finger. i sat down on the chair, brows was fine, done. then, she did the upper lips. expected, okay. then, out of no where, she threaded my lower lips! i jumped up like wtf?! i told her, i didn't asked for this. why did she do this? she was like, i thought the bottom too cause "it's your first time." i understand there were language barrier, so i just pointed, simple. (at other threading places - i had no issues). however, she made an excuse or implied something, oh the last client wanted on the bottom, so i thought you wanted too. another one cause, it was my first time getting them done. i was like huh? then, she implied, oh ops! i forgot. i mentioned to her, it's my first time here - meaning the location. she thought i meant, the first time getting my brows and lips threaded. maybe this is why she threaded my bottom lips! i looked at her. she patted my head onto the headrest to continue which was odd and i didn't like it all. throughout the service, i was upset. i let her continue and finished cause i didn't want to go another day with a bushy brows and mustache. i paid 16 dollars with no tips. my first and last time going to this location! i would not recommend this place. ** traumatized: i have not gotten the bottom lips done since ever. even, if it's 5 strands or less, yes, that may sound weird, people will not noticed, but i will! maybe in a month or so, it would be slightly dark strands thanks to her. read more

Great spot for males looking to get their eyebrows threaded. If it's your 1st time, tbh it might sting a little (you may or may not tear up lol) but w/ continued care -it hurts less overtime. Plus if they see any redness or irritation, they'll always put aloe vera to help soothe. The outcome is always worth it though. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows messed them up very badly. One eyebrow is so thin compared to the other, they are uneven. I will never be coming here again. No customer service skills at all. When i walked in nobody smiled/greeted me or anything. They don't even say a word to you. Besides to sign in which the lady yelled rudely at me to do. Bad vibes all around from this place! I had my eyebrows done yesterday by someone I never had them done before and this was the worst threading experience in my 15 years of getting my eyebrows done. I had grown out my brows due to the pandemic so I needed my eyebrows to be reshaped. Whoever did my brows didn't seem experienced because they are uneven and unfinished. Do not recommend! I used to come here when they first opened but service has really gone downhill. Staff is rude, really inconsistent results, they take their favorite customers no matter who is signed in, and don't properly sanitize/clean between clients. I have been going to this place almost since they opened. Well no more. I went today to get my eyebrows cleaned up, there was nobody waiting so I was immediately passed to the chair. The girl closest to the windows seemed bothered to have to get up from where she was resting. I fell a lot of eyebrows fall on my skin but I didn't expect what I got. My left eyebrow was taken a lot of off from the inside so now it's much shorter than the right. It looks horrible. Never going back. read more

Wow this place is fucking horrible. I've been going here for years but i realized the last few times Tara has been cutting me when she treads my upper lip and i always go back to make an exception for their horrible service but this time she really fucked up. I just got my eye brows mircoblade and she ruined my eye brows and took part off my mircoblade. I'm never going back to this horrible place again! I have picture to prove it. However, this location has left a pretty bad first impression on me. I went in a couple of days ago, walk-in with no wait. the lady who did my eye brows was wayyy less than personal. She ended up snapping the thread not once but TWiCE on me... once on each eye -_- grr. she was distracted most of the time but within mins she was done.. handed me the mirror and some tissue. "ok ?" she asked, and as soon as i replied "yeah, thanks!" she shouted out "next?!" before i could even get out of the chair. WTF MANN?! the other location made sure to finish off with some witchhazel or SOMETHING... needless to say my eyebrows were RED and i actually have some bumps on em now ): I dont think they even have any of that stuff at this location.. just antibacterial gels for themselves. anyways, other than the redness and bumps the shape of my eyebrows are aiiite. ive had them done better. shrug. id rather go to the other location.. but id give this place another chance if i get lazy or something. Honestly get this please no stars I would the person who did my eyebrows really messed him up it took me about six months to grow out my eyebrows and she went and took out all my good little baby hairs I have done so much good progress and I go here and the really butchered my eyebrows so I'm just gonna give you a few examples of my eyebrows on insert pictures but do not go to this place if you have thin eyebrows and your growing them out and you start to have a good shape do not go there because they will mess them up completely I think they only know how to thread eyebrows if you have a good thick eyebrows and naturally have a good shape but if you don't then they're going to mess them up definitely do not go here I'm so upset I really regret going here read more

One of the ladies that was working there was flossing her teeth and spitting out pieces of food with no shame. I was f*****g disgusted because she didn't even throw the away the thread and wash her hands. I can't even imagine her threading someone's eyebrows with the same thread. The price is right! Simple, sometimes a longer wait than usual. A little hot inside, and most of the time they don't really speak to you. But there is not un-pleasentness and they thread pretty well if your looking to cut your prices in half. read more

Came with my two friends and they messed up all of our eyebrows. They are extremely uneven. For my friend and I they cut off half of one of our eyebrows and left the other one basically untouched and still super thick. My friend asked her to at least make it even and she couldn't even do that. My other friend asked for them to be thick and she made them thin and with a high arch. Definitely will not be coming back. I paid $4.99 for eyebrow threading and $2.99 for upper lip threading. Total of $8. Ka chow! The location is convenient right by a Big 5 Sporting Goods Store and Food 4 Less. If you're looking for a place that can also do facials, waxing, and other spa-related salons, you're better off checking out Shear Artistry in Diamond Bar, which is clean, friendly, and is set up like an actual salon. If you're just looking for a clean place that's cheap to get in and out, this is definitely not a bad option. As someone who has an absurdly low pain tolerance, Sonia helped me on Sunday with my face and she was great. Quick and almost painless. I'd definitely recommend her. read more

I'm writing to express how disappointed I am . I started coming here about 9 months ago , my 1st experience was amazing ! No wait & perfect beautiful eyebrows for $5 , WOW ! Lately or at least the last 2 times , last being two weeks ago , Its been very crowded & the women are so much in a rush they don't do a good job .... they also love to multitask while doing your eyebrows which pisses me off because that means they're not concentrating on your eyebrows !!! They ruined my eyebrow shape and left me with holes in my once beautiful full eyebrows , which makes me very mad ! I am not that picky of a person , but when it comes to my eyebrows =| !!!!!!!!!!!!! I've resorted to doing my own eyebrows until I find another good place Anywho, if you must go here go with the lady with green eyes, i forgot her name & sadly she hasn't been here the last 2 times I've gone , hence my bad eyebrows.
