Samantha was very helpful to assist with picking out a new wedding band for my husband for our 54th wedding anniversary. As this was a surprise I was able to give my husband the ring and then bring him back to have it resized. I will definitely shop with her again. read more

We went to Kay Jewelers yesterday to find an engagement ring. It was not crowded at all, but the workers could not be bothered to help us. We even gave them a chance to help us out and they did not. This was a very disheartening start to our ring search. Thankfully Candy at E & Co (store across the aisle) was attentive and helped us find the perfect ring! read more

Do not buy from here. It is great having a warranty on your jewelry as long ad you have no life. If you don't have your ring checked every 6 months (no they do not send a reminder) it is not longer valid. So when my step father died, then I had surgery with a 6 week recovery then eye surgery then my father in law passed then I had to have surgery again as the other one failed with another 6 week recovery....i finally can get to Kay to get my ring checked. Too late. Oh and the diamond is chipped but we would be glad to replace it for your for $2,300 for S1. I have kept up my warranty for 24 years and now when my life goes crazy and I can't there they basically say tough. If you had come within the 6 months we would replace for free. No let me talk with a manager. Let me see what we can do. I said really? That's it? The girl just said have a good day. Very disappointed. So I took my mom's ring to Jared and yes I was past the 6 months and I said oh no did I bugger the warranty. They said it's ok. We will fix the loose diamond, just get back in October. Keep up the 6 month check, Basically same situation with two different outcomes. I know who I will continue to do business with. Not Kay Jewelers. Shame on them. read more

I purchased several pieces of Jewlery and my My "Lifetime warranty", which cost extra, was not accepted by Kay's Jewelers for a repair at Arrowhead for a wedding diamond set I purchased in 2016. To go there every 6 months for an inspection is UNREASONABLE! Horrible customer service. The thin blond associate did not even look me in the face today. Heltzberg Jewlers downstairs is my new Jewelry place! BTW, I became injured in 2024, hard time walking, and beat Breast Cancer 2025. Hence not reporting in to Kay's. read more

DO NOT buy any merchandise from this store. sold me a wedding ring that couldn't be sized. At time of purchase they told me it could be sized but once I called to have the ring shipped to the vendor, it was not something they could do. No other resolution was offered. read more

I special ordered a Family necklace, white gold with 5 gemstones; needless to say not the cheapest of items. If I had received it, well worth the cost. Unfortunately, it still hasn't arrived. It was out for delivery a week ago and never arrived. The most frustrating part, No one will help me. They've basically stolen my money, as the charge cleared my account over a week ago, and have no intention of helping me get it back! Worst customer service EVER!! The store completely blew me off, according to them they don't handle that (even though I ordered it at their store), I need to call customer care. I did that, they said call UPS, I already did that, they said contact Kay's. I tried again through Kay's chat center, who text saying someone will email you. Noone has emailed. I tried to email them, they won't communicate with you unless you fill out a form and submit it to have someone email you back. Ludicrous! I called the store again and asked how do I get my money back? Their response, We don't handle that. There is NO ONE that will help me either get my necklace or get my money back. I feel like I'm dealing with some sort of fraudulent scam company on the internet not a well known Jewelry store. I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing from them. 1.8 to 2.6 stars is their avg. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS if this let you select less than 1. read more

I've come multiple times me and my brother love this place are always treated with respect Savanah said she could not give me a box of polish bag for my brand new ring I had sized was doubting I bought a new ring from them instead of look it up but regardless of that I am always treated with respect and feel like a guest until Savanah tried to say my ring warranty wasn't covered because they don't vary my other ring anymore I hope when I'm back you guys figure out how to train her better because I wanna spend more money read more

Issue was resolved by contacting customer support. Took a few months, but they agreed that it wasn't my fault I got rid of the broken watch since I was not explicitly told to bring it back, and I was initially told that they didn't need it. Still won't be going here again, but at least my issue was resolved as it caused me a lot of sadness and anxiety thinking I was going to have to purchase another one when this was originally a gift. read more

Very busy day in the mall today of course. We stopped by Kay to see what they had in the way of their jewelry as well as watches. I'm on the fence here with a 3-4 star rating as again they were busy. We were greeted by one man but other than that we didn't talk to any other employee. Watches were pretty slim and I just didn't see anything that wowed me. Store was clean and the one gentleman that approached us was friendly. I've purchased items here in the past and they have lasted me years. read more

My wife dropped off her ring and bracelet 3 weeks ago and picked them up today, the bracelet would not fit back on her wrist, the guy behind the counter tells my wife maybe you are retaining water and your wrist is bigger, and you can upgrade it, I have spent a lot of money there and all they care about is upgrading, no I will never buy another thing at Kay jewelers again , and don't recommend them to anyone! Bring back Sarah she will be the only one I would ever deal with. All they are interested in is upgrading!!! read more

Came in to get my wife's jewelry cleaned. It was very easy to drop off and it was done in a little over a week. Very friendly customer service and they do have specials from time to time. My last purchase with Kay's was a diamond ring and I will definitely purchase more in the future. They do custom pieces if you're looking for a unique jewelry piece. Also they are not overly pushy salespeople which I appreciate. read more

Hello, I just wanted to say I was struggling with getting my ring resized anywhere until I went to Kay Jewelers. The moment I went in there a nice gentleman Tim greeted us and he made our experience amazing! I absolutely love this place and will forever come back to visit Tim! Thank you again for your service. read more

Oh my goodness so it was my first time coming into this actual store. I've been to the one in Scottsdale and that was fabulous as well! We were quickly spoken to by Savannah and we came in for a jewelry repair. Immediately, she said well let me take a look, and of course, Michael was completely helpful. It took him less than a minute if that to fix an earring that was no longer holding properly. Very pleasant very kind, across-the-board. I believe the manager was there. I'm not sure who he was but he was standing behind the counter and at a distance welcome us in. There's no doubt that jewelry stores charge more than they should. But I will say this completely amazing experience I love these folks. I'm coming back! read more

Do not trust them to do what they say. I mailed a payment to the store as I did not have the account number. They charged my account by looking up my credit card number. I don't have the entire number. They were "going to call" when the got the payment in the mail. I mailed it a week early. No call........I finally got back into town and went to the mall. They had not gotten the mail out of the box for AT LEAST A WEEK. My payment was in the mail box. It is now late. I made the payment with the nicest clerk in the store. But I was PROMISED by the tall male Manager that there would not be a late fee assessed because there's a 1 day grace period. Nope. Here's July's bill. Theses a $29 late fee. I call the store to discuss the issue. I was told to call the credit card company. I know that. I already had. Its a holiday weekend so they're closed... found that out after 5 minutes pushing buttons and listening to computer generated information. The young lady WOULD NOT shut up and kept interrupting me. I am mad. I am very mad. I hung up on her. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER KAY PRODUCT OR PUT ONE MORE PENNY IN THIER POCKETS read more

I ordered a ring a month ago to be mailed to a po box, which was allowed, and UPS wouldn't deliver to a PO box and a month later, still waiting. I bought a $600 pair of earrings a week ago, wore them last night for 2 hours, and lost one. Very polite staff. Very friendly and social. Took the time to have a small chat with me. Fixed my bracelet and it's perfect.

A friend referred me here, and was planning on buying a engagement ring for which I did, and upon purchasing was informed a paper copy of my purchase will not be sent to my house upon a few weeks passing we received numerous things in the mail, hoping my new girlfriend at the time would not see this, and upon having our surprise engagement, she had known the whole time many times I did tell the sales person that I needed to keep this down low, and this pretty much ruined my whole engagement for myself and my new fiancé. read more

I have to give the biggest shoutout to Shahar for her extraordinary customer service. She was an absolute joy to work with, honest and friendly and very helpful. We had started at London Gold but damn, those people were snotty and I felt like Julie Roberts In Pretty Woman (y'know the shopping scene with the rude saleswomen) so we left and went to Kays (again, just to "look") and we ultimately ended up purchasing our rings. My lovely fiancé took my ring in for the first time since I got purposed for a clean.. They did an amazing job cleaning & keep it shiny! I am in LOVE with my beautiful Vera Wang Love Collection Ring! I am one happy fiancé !! **My fiancé got the rings last year on July 22, 2016 the very first day I was just looking at rings (okay I lied, I dragged him in the store..LOL) & when I tried on this ring he knew I loved it so he bought it after we left the store without me knowing! On New Years 2017, he asked me to marry him, I said YES! I can't believe he hid the rings & the receipt paid in full in a safe so I wouldn't find it.. he sure knows how to surprise me! Let me add, he also got me a promise ring before our son was born, so he got 3 rings & a tennis bracelet behind my back..lol.. He's definitely a keeper!** read more

I'm sorry to say that I bought my fiancee's engagement ring here. While it was initially a pleasant experience (with a gentleman named Charlie who was very patient and accommodating), after the purchase the staff was unwilling to be of any help. We returned to Kay the day after I proposed to see if we could get some work done on the ring, and a young woman there, who will remain nameless, was very cold and dismissive. I felt like, "I just gave these people HOW much money, and this is how I'm treated?" It's a real shame that while proposing to my soon-to-be-wife, I also committed to a life-long relationship with this jeweler. Be sure I will at least go to another location. read more

My husband bought my engagement ring, wedding ring, and earrings from here. So I have a lifetime relationship with these people now. It is a hit or miss with this location depending on the sales person. Sometimes they are very nice and warm then you get those that are NOT happy you are there for an inspection and cleaning. DUDE, it is your company policy that makes me come back OK? I don't come back be in your presence so I can be blessed with unhappiness. Kay Jewelers - Definitely uneven! - Jewelry Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

I'm more than happy to have found a men's ring that so perfectly matches my women's ring bought from another retailer, however that is where my pleasure with Kay starts and ends. I'm unfortunately used to being invisible in jewelry stores, this time was no different, however the first time we went to this store we were so greatly ignored that a sales associate actually helped someone that had literally just walked in, as opposed to my fiance and I that were sitting near the men's rings waiting for anyone to help us. Needless to say we promptly left but knew we had to return since the ring we wanted was there and we wanted to see it on. When we returned to purchase the ring we had previously only seen through glass I was appalled by the treatment I was given by the young man helping us. There were two rings my fiance and I liked, we tried on the less expensive one first and liked it. I asked to see the second choice because I liked the way it looked a little better and was told in a mocking and condescending tone "of course you do, that's the more expensive one". Excuse me?! Do you not get commission?! Why on earth would you not try your hardest to not sell me the more expensive one that I liked better? I may be a woman in a store with a man, but I'm spending MY money, do not assume he doesn't want to spend excessive money on me either. I could write so much more about how terribly we were treated, but I'll save that for once I'm inevitably treated like crap for needing the ring cleaned. By the way, I went with the first less expensive choice, I'm sure corporate will be proud of the Arrowhead sales force! read more

Bought my Star of David necklace here a year ago. The chain got in a knot, so I took it here last night to see if they can undo it. The blonde guy didn't even look at, and just said I needed to take it to a Jewelers to do it. I bought it here, there's no need to go to another jeweler! After telling him that I didn't need to have a warranty for them to look at it, because it wasn't broken, he proceeded to work on it. Even though there were 3 other workers with him doing absolutely nothing (as I was the only on there at the time), he dropped working on my necklace so he could go help a customer that just came in so no one else could get the commission. Said someone was working on my necklace, that was a lie. He eventually went back to my necklace and got it undone, then came over trying to sell me a $300 chain so this wouldn't happen again. Sorry you got no commission on my fix, but not everyone has $300 to drop to make it work the fix for you! read more

As my wife and I live in Payson, AZ about 100 miles away from Glendale, AZ on Monday, 8/31/2020 at 12:52 I called the Kay Jeweler at 7700 W. Arrowhead Towne Center, Ste 2205, Glendale, AZ 85308 (623) 412-3996 to ensure that they would be open on Wednesday, 9/2/2020 and they would honor and replace my Lifetime Watch Battery Replacement that I had my purchase receipt. I was assured on the call that they would replace my watch battery. While I was getting a haircut my wife took my watch to the aforementioned Kay Jeweler and was told they would NOT replace the watch battery as it could have Covid-19. I later called that Kay Jeweler and stated it is a known fact that you CANNOT get Covid-19 from an object and that it could be wiped down. They still refused to replace the battery as they had promised on the phone 2 days previous. I then called a different Kay Jeweler at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050 (480) 585-9116 and spoke with Cat explaining what I was told by the 7700 W. Arrowhead Towne Center store. Cat was horrified that I was refused the battery replacement as promised on the phone 2 days prior and that I had driven 100 miles from Payson, AZ. Cat offered to replace the watch battery and did so as we were returning to Payson, AZ. Kudos to Cat at Kay Jewelers at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050. I am very disappointed that Kay Jewelers at 7700 W. Arrowhead Towne Center, Ste 2205, Glendale, AZ 85308 (623) 412-3996 refused to follow through on their phone promise 2 days earlier and failed to provide the customer service I had already paid for through a Lifetime Watch Battery Replacement Program. I would NOT recommend that anyone do any business with that Kay Jeweler as they do NOT stand behind what they promise and DO NOT provide the customer service that a customer pays for. It is so sorry that customer service and committment to promises are often ignored in the world today. It is also refreshing to see Cat at the other Kay Jeweler honor that committment. Thank you, Cat! read more

I purchased a ring from Randy a little over a month ago and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find me "the ring"! I wanted the ring to have blue diamonds and he sent it out quickly and got an answer in two days. Although it couldn't be done on my ring he was amazing and professional! Fast forward 6 weeks and I bring the ring back after some deep thought on my blue diamonds. Not only did he (and his coworker Melinda) remember me and my ring, but when I asked to return it, they gave me NO GRIEF! I wish Yelp had the option for 0 stars. My fiancé ordered a ring online due to them not having his size. He had originally had his finger sized there and ordered the size he was told. Upon receiving the ring it was way to big. The design of the ring is something that can't be resized. We took it to the store to exchange it for the right size and was told by Mike (store manager) it would have to be returned and purchased at full price instead of the sale price. It made no sense why he would not honor the sale price when we only had the ring in our possession for a couple days and it was a smaller size. Mike returned the ring and put the money back on our account. I asked him why he couldn't just exchange it and we pay the difference. Mike told us that is not how we do it. He charged our account for the full price and now we are waiting 7 to 10 days to get that money back. I am not sure how Mike became a story manager. He is very unprofessional and only out for a commission. When we first talk to Mike I let him know I needed a wedding band as well. He let me know he would show me rings after he was done with the return. Once I saw how he treated my fiancé for an extra $40 commission, I left. We went across the street to Jared and we gave them the $1,599 for my wedding ring. I hope the extra $40 was worth what you lost in your commission and the sales revenue for the store. I will never shop at another Kay again. Do yourself a favor and go to Jared. They have an amazing staff and they work with you. Kay is the drive-through of jewelry stores. So disappointed! read more

We have had some good experiences when shopping at Kays! Highly recommend working with Silvano, he was very helpful.

BE AWARE! They try and force you to buy a "lifetime warranty" and say it's free and apart of the deal, it is NOT. Sale rep Jaime try to assume I would just say ok and go with the flow. I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this store! I went in last weekend to have my wedding band inspected and cleaned, per the terms of my warranty, and I was treated so poorly! The first associate was blatantly upset that she was not going to make a commission because I was not there to make a purchase.
