I needed a battery for my Movato watch and these folks were fantastic. I just stopped in and all store personnel were busy with customers however they welcomed me into their store. So I looked around for a couple minutes and one fellow asked what they could do for me. He was able to take my watch and put the new battery right in. I highly recommend this store. I started this review while waiting to have my watch battery replaced. After calling two other jewelers, both of which were closed, I was excited to have Michael answer the phone. He's the owner and very pleasant. He even had my wedding ring cleaned while I was waiting and I didn't even ask. They opened in January 2020 and survived. The shop is beautiful and Jason, the Bench Jeweler, is also polite. The watch, which has sentimental value, is ticking again. I'm very grateful. I'm glad I found them and will return for all my jewelry needs. Customer service is huge and they provided excellent service. He also offered water. Wow!! 10/10!! My experience at Berkshire was far beyond than what I expected. Michelle helped me build a custom ring with two original rings that I had, while Jason made the magic happen. I'll be honest, I didn't know what the outcome of my ring would be because it was a rough sketch that we drew up together by hand - designing a ring that is unique and like no other. Yesterday I picked up my ring (only took 2 1/2 weeks to make) and it is absolutely amazing and so much better than I imagined!! I contacted Birkshire Diamonds because I wanted a stone that I had set into a solitaire ring setting. Response time was quick! I discussed the design I wanted for the setting and I was very pleased to hear that they could do it. When I went in I showed Mike (the owner) a few pics and we looked at a few designs.
