If you are looking for a jeweler go here. Stop scrolling and go. They are local; fair and do exceptionally high quality work! I don't know how Michelle manages to know every customer by name but its like walking in to Cheers. I had a custom wrap created for my ring. It is absolutely stunning together and doesn't look like an after market add. You wont be sorry they are fair and honest with no pressure. read more

This review has been long overdue! Mike has been phenomenal every time I take my business here, instant family owned vibe and customer service. Jason does amazing work when I needed a band added to my broken ring that was an heirloom. If you have an idea in mind for what you're looking for, Mike will find it and give idealistic pricing. I've purchased a beautiful insert band for my wife and the exact bracelet I was trying to hunt down for years within my budget. Mike will continue to be the guy I use and the place I recommend! read more

They were so nice!! They put a link in a watch for my husband that we didn't even buy at their store. Definitely will be back

Great service on watch battery change. Convenient and friendly staff. Price of service was good, $12.00 for new battery change. In the future I will shop there again. read more

I continue to return to their store because I have awesome customer service! They always treat me as a priority and answer all of my questions. Jason has done great work repairing some of my rings and he always makes him look brand new when he returns them to me. read more

I started this review while waiting to have my watch battery replaced. After calling two other jewelers, both of which were closed, I was excited to have Michael answer the phone. He's the owner and very pleasant. He even had my wedding ring cleaned while I was waiting and I didn't even ask. They opened in January 2020 and survived. The shop is beautiful and Jason, the Bench Jeweler, is also polite. The watch, which has sentimental value, is ticking again. I'm very grateful. I'm glad I found them and will return for all my jewelry needs. Customer service is huge and they provided excellent service. He also offered water. I highly recommend Berkshire Diamonds & Designs! read more

They were super helpful and we didn't need to wait for help. They helped us find what we wanted, ordered it and was told it would be a week before it got here. It was there in two days. Great service, great people. They told us they specialize in taking old jewelry and redesigning it into something new. Can't wait to try them for that. read more

While they couldnt fix my watch, they were pleasant to deal with. I'll go back with any other issues.

I love this store! Felt like my ring was missing something but didn't want to break the bank with a whole new ring. They removed my hidden halo and added a regular halo. Affordable, kind, and excellent work!! It's like a whole new ring! read more

Wow!! 10/10!! My experience at Berkshire was far beyond than what I expected. Michelle helped me build a custom ring with two original rings that I had, while Jason made the magic happen. I'll be honest, I didn't know what the outcome of my ring would be because it was a rough sketch that we drew up together by hand - designing a ring that is unique and like no other. Yesterday I picked up my ring (only took 2 1/2 weeks to make) and it is absolutely amazing and so much better than I imagined!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, no matter how many questions you have. They make you feel at home and like family- this kind of customer service is rare. I will only be returning to Berkshire Diamonds for my jewelry! Thank you for creating a beautiful ring for me!! read more

I was looking for a Jewelry store to fix a special bracelet that my daughter had made for me years before. I walked into Berkshire and the owner, Michael Raby, greeted me as if I had been his friend for years. I explained the circumstances of this bracelet and he went out of his way to make sure it was done to the specifications that I requested. I cannot express how much I appreciated Michael's kindness and understanding pertaining to this particular bracelet. I don't write many reviews, but I can say that the owner & his staff at Berkshire Diamonds will do everything they can to provide for your needs. THANK-YOU! read more

I needed a battery for my Movato watch and these folks were fantastic. I just stopped in and all store personnel were busy with customers however they welcomed me into their store. So I looked around for a couple minutes and one fellow asked what they could do for me. He was able to take my watch and put the new battery right in. I highly recommend this store. Great service! read more

I contacted Birkshire Diamonds because I wanted a stone that I had set into a solitaire ring setting. Response time was quick! I discussed the design I wanted for the setting and I was very pleased to hear that they could do it. When I went in I showed Mike (the owner) a few pics and we looked at a few designs. I didn't find what I wanted that day but Mike kept in touch with me and looked on his own time until he found exactly what I wanted for the setting. It was an amazing experience, and I can't express how much I love my ring and appreciate the excellent customer service I received at Birkshire Diamonds. Also everyone there is so friendly and kind, So If you are looking for jewelry or want something custom, don't hesitate to try this place! Surprise locals - this jewelry store is absolutely amazing and 100% worthy of your business. I found myself in an urgent predicament this week and needed an heirloom ring resized ASAP. After calling two other local businesses who couldn't take my request or didn't answer, I stumbled across this shop. The crew at Berkshire were able to accommodate me same-day, and had my repair completed within an hour. They took me in right before closing, and were extremely gracious given my situation. Not to mention, the resize job was beautifully done. I am so grateful for the Berkshire store and will certainly be singing their praises for as long as I live in the area. On top of resizes and repairs, they also sell some beautiful pieces of jewelry, so definitely give this place a shot for any of your jewelry needs. They will treat you like family and take care of you here! THANK YOU GUYS! read more

We went in this jewelry store to sell some old gold we had just sitting around. Samantha was very busy but explained everything to us about the buying and selling process, she is a very intelligent and kind woman. Very happy with the price we were offered and also sure it was an honest offer. Five stars, no problem. read more

My wedding set was in dire need of a professional cleaning. I visited Mike (the owner) today and it was the best experience I have ever had at a jeweler. He makes everyone feel like family and is very knowledgeable about his craft. They went the extra mile to even take my morganite gem out of the setting to get it extra clean. I feel like I have a brand new wedding set and can't stop staring at it. HIGHLY recommend everyone visit them for their jewelry needs from small to big. read more

Michael Raby, Owner of Berkshire diamonds in Surprise designed my 25th wedding anniversary ring. He was friendly, patient and carefully listened to us through the entire process. (4 visits) Michael gained our trust on our first visit by showing us he was genuinely serious about saving us money and giving us the exact ring we wanted. His goldsmith Jason was exceedingly talented and shared with us both the strengths and weakness of designs we were contemplating. This helped us avoid errors in design. We couldn't be happier with the diamond, design and price! read more

My initial need was simple. It was taken care of quickly and economically. But that's not the end of the story. Instead of trying to sell me something, Mike is helping me sell something. So personal and helpful. A pleasure to do business with. I had been looking for a smaller jeweler where I could get the personal touch. And I found it. You won't be disappointed. read more

The is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. Mike (owner), is the finest. He is fair, honest and might talk to you about his beloved Red Sox. He is such a amazing guy, he and I (a Yankee fan), get along great. Customer service and knowing that the customer comes first, is the store's most important attribute. They have a great assortment of fine jewelry and one never ever has to feel as though they are being taken advantage of. Don't hesitate. They are truly the best. I have already recommended friends and will continue to do so now and in the future. Thank Mike, Jason and Chrissy. I appreciate you guys. Paul Surprise AZ read more
