And I was floored. It was quiet, a little noisy at the start but a great atmosphere. It smelled like smoked oak from the bourbon and perfectly cooked meat, so I knew it would be good. Adam was our server and was very attentive and fun! We came right around 8:00pm and waited about 15 minutes to sit, not too long! We absolutely loved our dinner. It was perfectly cooked, the home made sauces complemented beautifully with the right balance of savory, and the buttermilk mash tingled the tong. My favorite part was absolutely the Mac and cheese with a bit of the steak to make that perfect bite. That caramelized cheese crust was perfect, crumbly and savory from the truffle. My god, don't even get me started about the desserts. Now, the chocolate moose, good. Not exceptional but good. The PEANUT BUTTER PIE?! That needs to win an award! I'd come back just for that! You NEED to try it. The thing I loved too is none of the desserts had very much sugar despite their looks, just the perfect level of sweetness to complement and not overwhelm. All in all, try this place. I can't say for certain what the past reviews references or who was in the kitchen that day, but if I didn't know any better I'd say this is the best steak in town. It's the standard bar/restaurant selection, Padron, Liga Privada, Cohiba, Arturo Fuente, Acids, Tabac, etc. The humidor seems to be kept and the right humidity. You select your stick and the bartender gets it/them out for you, I imagine this is a good way to keep people out of the humidor that don't need to be in there. The humidity in Florida is so high, I would imagine they also do this to keep RH levels solid. Props to the good ventilation, they were able to leave the front door open, and the smoke eaters do a really good job. All in all, it's a good time, like I said it's a busy bar, so expect some shenanigans, but it's all in good fun. It was a good chance to get out of this wind and smoke a cigar properly. (Decaf) I'm not kidding when I say this is THE BEST TEA I have ever had in my life. It was a mix of apple, pea flower, lavender, and a few other things. They have two options when ordering tea. A full pot at $7 or a half of pot at $5. We went with the half of pot which is for two people. It was enough for us both. If you come with any more than two people than get the full pot for only two dollars more. I thought the prices were good. They also have high tea options such as The Diana, The Kate, The Elizabeth, and The Charlotte (which is for kids 10 and under) these are priced per person at a bit of a higher cost but you get multiple things included in each one. I will list the menus down below. We were checked in on a lot and made sure we were content. The service was phenomenal I can't stress that enough! They also have little gifts to purchase around the store. I had the best time today. It was such a treat! Next time I come to Florida I'll definitely be visiting again. Thank you ladies!
