I politely asked if she could reprint my receipt because my grandma didn't grab hers and someone else had taken it. She told me I had to wait for a manager, and while handling her scanner, she dropped it directly on my foot on my toe. I said "OW!" loudly because it genuinely hurt, and instead of apologizing or even asking if I was okay, she simply said, "I'm just trying to help." No apology whatsoever. I went to wait with my grandma and later came back because I thought she was looking for me. Instead, she yelled at me, "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT OVER THERE!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to me that way. Thankfully, the manager eventually helped me and provided the receipt I needed. Diane seriously needs to work on her customer service and communication. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they are being polite and simply asking for assistance.
