The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I'm confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.

Jose and Juan were very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient in their work, explaining clearly the issues they found along the way and the options we had for fixing them. They finished doing what needed to be done in a surprising amount of time, and left things neat after the job was done. Our sprinkler system now works like a charm, and we couldn't be happier.
