Awesome slushy wine. Owners are beyond nice. It's a must-stop if you're doing the wine trail.

Ambiance- 5/5 Service 5/5 - Our server was excellent and…read moretook her time with us. Super friendly. Wine- overall I would probably say a 4/5. For the flights they are served in plastic cups. My favorite was the crimson eclipse. Food- 3/5. We ordered some appetizers and they were a little disappointing/did not match the description of the menu. The margarita pizza was a little spicy. Fruit and cheese plate had some nice jam, but the presentation was off. Crab cakes were small. Also, the menu on their website was slightly outdated. I would still recommend this location as it's very classy, great for groups, and plenty of parking. Service was excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating.

For a cocktail or bottle of wine Id guess they meet expectation. The food menu is very limited. The…read morefood was mid to low quality. We ordered appetizers a calzone ( burnt in on end, blackened on the bottom -bitter tasting) and a sandwich ( warm, chips oily and soggy). It seems like there are only 2-3 staff working on a graduation / Mother's Day weekend ???? Service was slow but these folks were clearly overwhelmed. They were polite and apologetic for the food preparation time. There were very few folks there so they weren't slammed busy and overwhelmed, just overwhelmed. We likely won't be back. $325 Dinner and drinks bill and any chain place with mid quality drinks and food ( Chilis, Applebee's, Cheddars, ) would be 1/2 the cost and clearly better. An upscale place ( Flame, Texas Roadhouse, Outback) would be a way bether choice for comparable money. The Venue is stunning and looks clean. Hopefully they get it together, or get someone in the space who can. Disappointed at best.

We visited StarView on a Saturday afternoon in March as part of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. The…read morelocation is nice. There is a large indoor area and a huge back patio partly covered/partly uncovered overlooking a small pond that provides a nice lively but pretty setting in which to enjoy your wine. The parking lot is right out front. They allow you to bring in food and do permit dogs on-leash. When we entered, we saw lots of rather typical wine merchandise to buy. We were hoping to have wine flights outside on the patio, but they only do flights inside at the walk-up bar. Instead, we had a couple of small tastes and picked a bottle of wine to bring out back on the patio. There was a live band performing which was nice. Lots of seating and an energetic vibe. We enjoyed our wine as well. You have the option to either keep your wine glasses as a souvenir or return them to get your deposit back.

Small boutique with wine related signs, shirts, coasters, glasses. When we went there was live music and lots of energy for the solar eclipse. Wines we had were delicious and everyone found something to like. Limited menu available (sandwiches, pasta salad) to go along with the wine tasting.
