The staff said "not to worry she is just recovering from anesthesia" (never called me to say there was an issue), so I brought her home. She kept gagging so I brought her immediately back and the owner /Dr. tried to tell me she had something caught in her throat, denying she was in cardiac distress. She almost died. I rushed her to an ER vet who saved her life. I wanted to sue but was more concerned about getting her healthy and keeping my peace of mind. I am surprised this place is still in business.

Having to put my babies through all of that stress just to be seen by a minimally trained vet tech and then handled roughly by a vet who could care less about why my cat is sick. Dr. D and her mobile clinic is a godsend! Not only do my cats get to stay at home, they get top-notch care because Dr. D is SUCH an animal lover. She is very gentle and caring with the animals she is treating, in addition to being quite knowledgable about any health problems your pet might be facing. Plus, having her come to your place means you get great one-on-one service so you don't have to explain to 3 different techs why you brought your cat in today. The prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding. I absolutely recommend Dr. D.

Our cat is very attached to us and doesn't like strangers at all, but he became friends with Pam right off the bat - we couldn't believe it! It was extremely reassuring to see the bond they developed and it gave us such peace of mind while we were 3,000 miles away. From the very beginning, Pam stood out to us because her main concern and #1 priority is the well-being of the pet(s). She takes great care to ask about their likes and dislikes, personality, food preferences, health, etc. and we can say from personal experience that Pam will treat your pet(s) as if they were her own - with much love, care, and respect. Never did we feel that her attention was elsewhere. And our sweet cat loved the twice-a-day visits. Pam took such good care of him, including feeding (with some very specific instructions!) brushing, hang-out time, and litter box cleanings. He was in good hands and we couldn't be more grateful. Pam texted us daily to give us updates and send us pictures, and we appreciated that so much. We will absolutely recommend Pam to anyone who is in need of a pet sitter! When I called to verify if they were still coming to pick up the kittens, they expressed it was a misundertaing and they wouldn't come and pick up the kittens as they had told me a couple hours before.

No call or anything and even deactivated my account. Roxc is a little 9 lb dog that their sitters seemed to love. I know I had several last-minute request, but I always asked them if this was OK and if not, I would understand and make other arrangements so I'm not really sure what was wrong. I always tipped the sitters and even left them more when it was last minute. I left a screenshot of the message they sent. Again I like their service but believe this is extremely unprofessional to not even call and speak to me or return my message before they deactivated my account. Just thought this review might be help if anyone was getting attached to using them. Just kind of not understanding the unprofessionalism . **update** Ashley, I also stated with any of my requests that "if you couldn't I fully understood." As for Roxc's medications I always left detailed instructions as discussed in initial meet & Greet, and I was assured that your sitters had no problem because they did this all the time. I understand though, it's your business and you may operate it as you see fit. Cancellations happen, and last minute requests do as well, as you surely must realize in this ever changing world in our day to day lives. Just a note, I would have paid any cancellation fee requested but you never mentioned anything. In the end a professional call would have been nice instead of a text, and then not answering any phone calls I made trying to get a more detailed explanation. Hopefully this is a learning experience for you so you can more better engagement with your clients and their babies.

Mixie updated us with photos and videos as did Ashly when she was on duty. Mixie stayed with them overnight to make sure they were comforted and safe! They also let us know when we running low on supplies and needed to restock as well, which was awesome! They really understand the physical and emotional needs of are pets and gave them the affection and engagement that they needed. We really trusted them with are pets and we recommend them very highly. Words can't describe how truly thankful we are to have found them truly gods gift!
