I took a stray in for TNR and Be advised that they WILL NOT contact you PRIOR to administering anesthesia gas or giving GOLD RevPlus "per their policy" AND they will not give you this warning when you drop off the cat. You just come to pick up and get that $250 bill! Be aware that they make you sign an "informed consent" that says they will "make every effort to advise of the circumstances" but who is holding them accountable when they don't!? They just say "it's policy". Well- they are not in compliance with their consent. In fact, they violate the consent by not calling you and holding you accountable for their non-compliance. Also, the older lady is super nice- the younger one, not so much. She comes off very aggressive with a very off-putting stare. People like her- that obviously cannot be courteous- should not be working with other people (customers). Such a shame... smh... Most definitely not recommended- no wonder they were the only place that took the feral cat on a short notice- I should've taken that as a red flag... As a note: Techs were suuuper nice! Very rude treatment by front desk. I wanted to ask a few questions about getting a feral cat neutered so I thought I would drop by rather than calling on the phone. I noticed all the signs about wearing a mask, but did not have one on me. I waited, standing a couple of feet away from the desk, and finally the receptionist looked up at me and asked if I had an appointment. I said I wanted to ask some questions, and then told her I didn't have a mask and if they had any to provide. She looked at me, with disgust, opened a drawer and took a mask out of a box, then slapped it down on the counter and said, "For a dollar." I looked in my wallet and only had 20s - then said I didn't have a dollar and that I would come back. I will not go back. I don't appreciate, nor do I tolerate, being treated so rudely. read more

I will never take any cats or even dogs to all cats veterinary clinic, what I usually do rescue cats and spay or neutering them and find them homes, shelter or closer to home which helps to reduce their risk of being injured by vehicles and be able to feed them, when I called this place to spay a gorgeous, beautiful cat I found by a hotel, told me to bring her and the cost will be $75 to spay her and if she is in heat, total charges will be, $140 . I said that's fine!!! we made appointment for 7:30 AM I got there on time, signed her in and I left the cat and took off to go back to work , I was told to come back around 3:30 to 4:30 PM to pick her up, When I was on my way I called to let them know I'm picking the cat. I asked the person was on the phone How much do I owe y'all? The price changed tremendously to $190 and I ask why what for?? They transferred me to the store manager who was extremely rude I was trying to argue the price and asking her why am paying $190 told me this is the price and if I don't pay $190 and come and get the cat They will lethal the cat I was shocked to hear the threat , I got there so quick and I told them that's not right for you to charge me $190 without explaining anything, when I eventually paid, went got the cat, and was leaving with the cat, the manager wished me the worst, that's actually very sad and unprofessional!! by the way, they deleted my reviews I gave them in Google, but I will make sure to make a website about this place to share, knowledge read more

! DO NOT SPAY/NEUTER CATS HERE !! First off the receptionist were rude. I left my 2 cats here before i went off to work in the morning. i was told i would NOT be called when they are ready to be picked up and to just show up between 3-5pm? later that day i received a phone call from the "vet" saying one of the my cats had some complications. she was bleeding internally and had to go back into surgery to correct a MISTAKE he did. I was unaware of the pregnancy between one of my cats. they go ahead and proceed with the surgery without informing you of this because they get a lot more money from you when they spay a pregnant cat! I believe my cat was possibly pretty far along in her pregnancy for her to experience such a complicated surgery. A vet should be aware of these things and not continue with surgery if they know it will put the cats life in danger. When i arrived to the clinic the vet seemed annoyed at having to explain to me that the surgery did not go well as if it's something he just did not want to deal with. he said everything with no sympathy, as the ladies at the front desk continued to crack jokes. i even heard heard one say "here we go again" as if this happens often. They did not provide me with extended help like other spaying and neutering vets would do so if such complications happened on their watch. I received My cat in in critical condition her temperature was below average she was shivering in their cold office even with a heating pad. Although the nurse who handled my 2 cats at the end of all this was the only one there who i felt honestly cared, it was not enough to change my mind about this place. !! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !! I have a geriatric male cat that is 18 years old. He tends to be cranky on a good day and aggressive the rest of the time. I always worry that he'll hurt the vet or vet techs, so when I had to start taking him to the vet more regularly because of his age, I chose this place. I figured they know how to deal with cats in a caring, compassionate way since that's all they treat. And I was right! Every time I've taken him in, he sits in the vet tech's arms calmly while the vet examines, takes blood, and clips his nails. It was incredible! I also like that the vet encouraged me to pet him while he was being examined. Other vets have vehemently opposed any petting while he was being examined, much less drawing blood. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my old guy. I will definitely continue to recommend this place and taking my kitty-cat when needed. read more

Dr. Rigoni has literally been saving the lives of our cats for decades. She is both incredibly knowledgable and practical. Even after moving with dozens of vets closer by, we still drive to Dr. Rigoni for our cats. My daughter and son-in-law from NYC insisted on having their beloved fur baby checked by Dr. Rigoni when they visited Houston. Moreover, as a former head of the Houston Humane Society, Dr. Rigoni continues to spay and neuter feral cats on a regular basis. We cannot recommend her more highly. read more

I've never been led astray, Dr. Rigoni is a no BS kind of vet, if you are messing up she'll tell ya. I had my cat outside the carrier, she snapped at me that it was dangerous for him and the others, which is fine! I've kenneled my cat there, he never came back smellin' bad or traumatized, we got him and his cat bro spayed there and when I had to put him down from cancer, they were very professional and understanding. We found a dying kitten and I called All Cats in a panic, never having been there, to see if they would help put "her" down. We hauled ass there and everyone was so kind despite the fact this sweet baby wasn't ours. The staff and the vet were as compassionate and helpful as though this baby had been all mine since birth and didn't mock me for crying for a creature I had encountered no less than 30 mins prior. It's taken me a long time to write this. 6 months ago I took my cat here. it wasn't our first visit to this clinic and I already had my reservations about this place but needed to get my cat seen asap. My cat seemed to be coughing a lot and I thought it was asthma related. I brought her in and tried to show the primary vet a video of her that I took. The vet watched a few seconds and was very dismissive of it. she said it was constipation and prescribed a laxative. my sweet girl didn't get better so I took her to a vet in Austin since we were in town. the vet said she was definitely coughing in the video and took X-rays to determine it was a tumor in the lung. we unfortunately had to put her down. I don't think the vet at all cats could have changed the outcome of my cat's life BUT I do think she was negligent to our issues and my concerns. I immediately left her office and cried in the car because my gut told me she was wrong and she didn't actually listen. we were rushed out of the vet. it was awful. I have never had an experince like that in my life. I hope the staff at All Vets see this and change the way they treat people. I've been a healthcare provider for 10 years and I know that's not the way to treat someone who is genuinely concerned. I strongly recommend trying another cat clinic and I hope this vet learns to listen to people when they try to relay their concerns. read more

All Cats has been my vet of choice for almost a decade now, and my entire family bring their pets here. As the name of this place states, they only provide veterinary care for felines. The vet, Dr. Rigoni, has worked for over three decades as a vet specializing solely in cats. She genuinely has an affinity for cats and cares for her furry little patients; she doesn't seem to care nearly as much for people, which is a trait I greatly admire (and also share). She performs a lot of spays and neuters for animal rescue groups, animal shelters, and trap/release programs. The staff is very helpful and engaging. They definitely give off "cat lady" vibes, which I find comforting when I have one of my cats in to see the vet. Also, it should be noted that their prices are lower than I have seen at other veterinary clinics in town, which is a big plus given that the veterinary care prices at some places can feel like a racket and are overinflated. read more

Dr rigoni told me my cat likely has feline leukemia then called me back a day later saying oh wait she doesn't but it's probably some other type of cancer. I've been to many vets and this is by far the worst one, or maybe my worst experience. I scheduled a spay for my cat weeks ago and this morning I had to drop her off. I was called a couple hours after by someone there informing me that my cat has fleas (mind you she is an indoor cat and her other sister doesnt have fleas as well) and they wouldn't be able to go through with the surgery unless she is treated. I literally JUST took both my cats to the vet in Montrose 2 WEEKS AGO. If she had fleas, my vet or MYSELF would have noticed. Honestly, whatever. The appointment was way over due anyways so I just didn't care at the moment. Next unexpected charge was her being "in heat" so they had to charge more. Well of course, they are gonna charge you for just about anything they can lie about. Let's not forget about the "wellness exam" they "must" conduct on every single cat even though they had her records present and could have seen her last exam (which was 2 weeks ago). It's honestly a mess over there. The older ladies at the front aren't very pleasant to talk to, the exterior and interior make you want to go someplace else, and services are just not it. I would definitely recommend paying an additional $100 just to get better service and treatment. This business is a joke. read more

Dr. Rigoni is a great veterinarian but her rude staff has caused her to lose my business. I have been taking my cats to Dr. Rigoni for 18 years and never had a problem until today. I was treated like a criminal for not carrying my cat's rabies vaccination with me, was told that I would be arrested if I got pulled over and didn't have it, and that they would not accept a rabies certificate from another veterinarian. Unless you're a fat, old, ugly, mean and lonely cat lady, you will not be welcomed at this clinic. I will never return and will gladly pay more at a clinic that treats me with respect. It's a shame because I was actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Rigoni today. read more

Finding new doctors when you move can be a daunting experience; especially if it's for your pets. Luckily I had a recommendation for Dr. Cindy Rigoni at All Cats Veterinary Clinic and I'm so glad I did. This clinic is all about cats; they don't "do" dogs. Dr. Cindy has been breeding pedigreed felines (and beautiful ones at that!) since 1978 and was one of the first people in the country to open a cats only clinic. Her human staff are friendly and helpful as are her feline staff of Cornish Rex that great you when you walk in. This was practically the best part for me! Her Cornish Rex are not only pretty, but perfect little Rex clowns; friendly, mischievous and engaging. They helped me fill out my forms and kept me company in the waiting room. Dr. Cindy is definitely my kind of vet! She is not only extremely knowledgeable and up to date with feline medicine, but takes a no nonsense approach to treatment and uses insight and situations to decide the best plan of approach for each patient. I really like this "not by the book" attitude because it leaves things open for new ideas, technologies, medications and plenty of input from the pet owner as well. And while Dr. Cindy is on the path to making pets well if they are sick, she prefers minimal invasiveness to the pet and is always thinking about what is best to not only make your cat well, but with the least amount of aggravation for you and your pet. Wonderful! She seems to know what tests are needed and how often and chooses the path that will be most cost and time effective for everyone. I definitely plan to continue my relationship with her and her clinic and feel great about bringing all of my cats here. And by the way, they had a few dogs laying behind the counter too helping out when they could, but you'd never know it! I would like to reply to Rebecca J: Dr. Rigoni has been taking care of my feline fur babies for over 15 years. Not only has she and her staff bent over backwards, but Dr. Rigoni has given the best care possible. Her bedside fur manner is the best. As of gumbo-I am so sorry. Losing a baby is the all time worst. I will say that after doc and I battled with gingivitis with my baby-she referred me to a vet dentist. So, I seriously doubt that she would misdiagnose a dental issue. She doesn't miss much. I even took "My Gracie"in thinking that she had dental issues and was given a negative. She has done many dental checks with my babies-in fact-I remember "My Gracie" having the funniest reaction to her oral exam. "My Gracie" had a "kitty chuckle"!!! It gave everyone a chuckle after seeing my baby's reaction. If those teeth were rotting-you should have taken that cat in. So, shame on you. That is on you not on the vet. You can smell that rotting teeth smell a mile away. You are blaming your issues on a 3rd party company about getting fluids for your cat. You also took gumbo to another vet that couldn't help you either. If you find a better doc than Dr. Rigoni-please contact me. THERE IS NO ONE BUT DR. RIGONI. She is the best of the best. Not to mention, her prices are ridiculously affordable and I feel like I owe her even more than what she charges. She is amazing. Say what you want about her staff-but her tech, Melinda is fabulous. Jean, at the front desk is awesome and will always fit you in. Terrace (and I am sure I butchered his name), is so super sweet and does an excellent job bathing and nurturing every baby he works with. Again, I am sorry that you lost your baby. But, writing a negative review about a fabulous establishment is wrong. Especially, when you are admitting a lot of fault. Dr. Rigoni is really honest. I like that about her. I kind of feel like if you can't handle the truth-you probably shouldn't have pets. She is really great about not pet shamming you. But, you have to be willing to help yourself and your fur family. We are working with HOPE to trap neuter release a cat colony in our neighborhood and All Cats was the vet they sent us to as a part of the program. They could not have been nicer to me, to the Feral cats, or to us through the process which was our first experience with feral animals. I want to be fair for this vet clinic. It is difficult, however, to show fairness when so much goes missed. As someone who works in the human side of the medical field, every patient encounter with someone who is sick at least requires a pertinent physical exam. If someone has a cold, check their eyes, nose, throat, sinuses. Likewise, I expect if a cat has abdominal complaints of loss of appetite, constipation, and dehydration - the doctor should examine her abdomen. DVM Rigoni failed to notice a mass in our pet's abdomen twice. She failed to perform an abdominal exam twice. She misdiagnosed our poor cat with a cardiomyopathy based on one physical exam symptom. Poor physical exam skills should not be excused - ever. I'm grateful for the great veterinarians at another local clinic. Our cat is receiving the care she deserves. Rigoni has an okay clinic, but I'm afraid she takes health for granted and assumes cats have a benign physical exam when they do not. I urge you not to take your cat to this clinic. Heart, lung, stomach - crucial organs that must always be examined every time by any health care professional - animal or human. read more

I really love All Cats. I started taking my cats here when we moved to the Medical Centre and they have always been nothing but nice. My cat, Misty, got very sick very quickly and they did everything to help save her. In the end, I just had to put her down. They were very kind and helped me a lot. I have 2 other cats that I take here, even though we have moved. The drive to get here is about 30 minutes but we refuse to find another vet. Dr. Rigoni kind of looks like a crazy person, but she is AMAZING. She breeds Cornish Rex's so they are always running around the office. Even though they kind of worry me, they are really good cats. I've left the door open before (trying to bring 3 cats in at once is difficult!) and they have never attempted to run out. They usually leave my other cats alone, but sometimes they are just curious. The staff here is super sweet and they answer any questions you have - even if they are a little irrelevant. read more

The staff were wonderful people and treated me very nicely. They did not to my cat on the other hand. I had been told not to feed my cat after 10pm the day before the appointment. After being drugged, I was told not to feed my cat today to prevent her from choking. So what they're telling me is to not feed my cat for over 24 hours! That is ridiculous. There was no discussion or paperwork stating that they would drug my cat so that they could do a lions cut. The cut was half-assed and was barely even cut. She responded with " Older cats like to keep their fur." She could have talked to the owner (me) about this since I'm the one paying for the cut. A half-assed cut should come with a half-assed payment if you ask me. We also discussed getting my cat her yearly rabies shot. They told me that they would take care of it. When I came back to pick up my cat, they told me that I should just come back another day to do it since my cat is tired (from being drugged). It would be pretty obvious to go ahead and give my cat the shot then, but the staff were very ignorant. I've never been so mad in my life. They are very considerate, but they need to work on their management. Not taking my cat here again. read more

Went here through a rescue, the staff was extremely rude. Especially the woman with the short gray hair. When I was explaining what I needed looked at for this feral cat I was trying to help she whipped around and started raising her voice about how that was impossible.
