On a Sunday evening, I started making calls to schedule someone for Monday morning. When I called Vectors, they actually answered the phone! He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my refrigerator evaporator coils at no additional cost. Also he asked me to follow up with him on the status.
