Piper at the front desk and Lauren, my massage therapist, were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren mentioned she had over 17 years of experience and it showed. Her technique was impeccable, and my 60-minute massage (with hot stones, highly recommend!) was amazing. I also loved the sauna. It didn't feel cramped, and the cold foot bath paired with the variety of essential oils for the hot rocks made it even more special. If you're looking for a true luxury spa experience, go to Bloom. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Cassandra and Mike!

Bloom Wellness is a great day spa for unwinding in the chaos of the everyday…read more I visited recently after getting a gift card, and I'm glad I got a chance to check the place out. The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I also felt like the scheduling process was a little informal and unprofessional. I called and instead of returning my call, I got a text message back with informal grammar "Texting u from Bloom wellness" - it came off as sloppy.

Waters Edge Day Spa in Richland sold my husband a gift card in fall of 2021 for a couples massage…read more At which point they knew that they did not have the staffing to accommodate that- I know because I immediately tried to book it. For 2 years I've attempted to get on their books- Ive done the whole waiting for them to open up the schedule and I've never been able to get in for a couples massage let alone anything else that they offer. I spoke with Rebecca today and was told that I just need to keep trying when their books open. After 2 years of trying, my guess is that it's not going to work out. Not to even mention the fact that getting a massage shouldn't be this difficult. She eventually hung up on me when I didn't accept 'you've had more than a year to use this gift card' as an answer. My advice? Try one of the other masseuses nearby and skip even attempting with this one. Does anyone know of any way for me to get my money back?

Highly recommend booking with Rebecca. I've been a faithful customer for a couple of years now. She…read moregenuinely cares about your wellness and experience. Her presence is calm and comforting. She specializes in Ashiatsu which is incredible - especially if you enjoy or need deep tissue massage. This style of massage works at the deep tissue level with less discomfort than traditional deep tissue massages. It's helpful for chronic conditions and the release of stress and tension.
