I eneded up having to pay almost 800$ for an urgent care appointment. ​Fast forward i found a different dentist and the receptionist asked for a emailed copy of my trays. They said i would need to be paid 30$ to email it. I said absolutely not. The law in NY is they can only charge for the physical labor of emailing the document and the patient does not have to pay the email system, which they were charging me for. However after I stated this they said they didn't have the record. Lies!! I already have severe anxiety of dentists and this man and his staff didn't help. He acts like it's an inconvenience to do his job and has forgotten that the patient's are customers. I notice with every negative review there is a follow up directly contradicting the negative remarks. Obviously his staff , family, and friends in my opinion. My review is honest!!
