    Merch and bottled drinks

I'm not the biggest fan of kombucha, but I really enjoyed this place! They have free samples of the kombucha on tap so you can choose which one you'd like to get. I tried the root beer and the maple and opted for the maple. Both were very good. They have merch, including clothing and stickers. They also have bottled/canned kombucha for sale, and they sell growlers there as well. This is such a cute place with a warm environment. I love all of the plants and natural light. They have some indoor and outdoor seating as well. The staff was friendly, and I loved the local small business atmosphere.

I've been here a few times now and I have to say, it's one of my favorite Rochester spots! They are literally around the corner from the Rochester Public Market on a quantity little street lined with old brick buildings. There is a brewery, home decor store and artist studio on the same street. Their kombucha is brewed right there at their location. The space is filled with plants and art. They have the kombucha on tap or you can buy it by the can. The art of the cans are amazing too. The apple and jasmine flavors are delicious. The staff has always been really nice and helpful. If you're in Rochester and love kombucha, this spot is a must!

I love this place!!!!!! Kat and Meg are so great!! The kombucha is delicious with so many options to choose from! The atmosphere is lovely from the friendly staff to the beautiful plants. It's such a cool place to sit, chat, and sip kombucha. Katboocha is on my "must visit" list when people come to Rochester! We usually order a flight to try the new flavors and some classics while I get my growler refilled. Personal favorite flavors: vanilla rose and blood orange mate!

Hippest little spot by the public market run by the coolest Kat in town! We spent a delightful afternoon sampling kombucha and learning all about it form the awesome owner. The variety of flavors is fabulous and she also offers kombucha brewing classes

Delicious kombucha with zany, creative flavors served in a cool fun space by awesome friendly staff members! I had such a great time here on my first day in Rochester that I had to come back again the next day for more. They only have 3-4 permanent flavors and then 9(!!) rotating flavors. My favorites were cashmere (made with oolong tea, my favorite, plus pineapple and lavender) and jasmine (made with jasmine pearls). Also loved the root beer one and vanilla rose. They also said they make tepache in the summer which I am so excited to come back for!

Loved this place!!! The interior is adorable. I love all the plants. They have flights as well as individual servings of kombucha. We each got a flight for $7 each, definitely worth it. There is a fridge with different products as well. The different kombucha flavors they had were all so unique and fun! I tried the maple, grapefruit lavender, crisp apple, and cranberry. I loved all of them and you could tell which one was which but they also label them on the bottom of the glass. They also have board games! I would definitely come back.

Katboocha bar is a cute little shop where you can get kombucha to go or to sit and drink. I love the fact that they do flights of four. Then you can try a bunch of different options and sit and enjoy them. This was a great stop on a warm day. I like that they do growlers as well. Flavors taste fresh and are delicious. I love the theme of abduct your gut.

I've never had kombucha, and after going to the public market one day, we walked by and decided to stop. The inside was cute with a few seats inside, but we ended up sitting outside. I got a flight which was 4 cups of kombucha. I loved the lilac, which was subtle and not too floral. I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our drinks.

This place is so cute! We got a flight of kombucha and ended up leaving with two growlers, it was so good! They also have a cute little merch section. Definitely will be coming back :-)

Ample space both upstairs and downstairs. + 2 of the 4 sours I had were decent. + Great for kiddos as they have an outdoor space that's family and dog friendly. It was very busy the day we went with a fun atmosphere outside. + Historic venue with a nice restoration for the brewery. The less great: + The setup means long waits. Having to wait in line for beers in a completely packed brewery with two bartenders is not a way to run a business. They need to consider a new strategy for ensuring they can accommodate the volume they are currently doing. + Had a bite of someone's burger and found it more or less inedible. + My parents had attempted to organize a large family gathering on the day we were there and while I wasn't involved in the planning, there seemed to be missteps and miscommunications along the way that weren't met with much empathy or customer service in mind. Too many great breweries in Rochester to waste time on spots that aren't going to ensure guest satisfaction. Great location though! This place is so, so busy it's obvious the east side isn't brewery saturated (somehow) quite yet.

The Detroit style pizza is phenomenal! Perfect crispy crust. I was there on a Friday but came back the next day to try the tomato pie as it was sold out on Friday. It was delicious! Think focaccia with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. So tasty! But what is brilliant is that of four pizzas, one rotates each week and changes. I had one of the rotating pizzas: pepperoni, banana peppers, garlic sauce, and honey. It bears repeating, wow! So great! The beers? There's something for everyone! So many hazy/New England IPAs and sours. Great seltzers too! The space is great with room for private parties. Such friendly staff. I hope to come back again before leaving!

I've actually been a customer for years - from meeting friends for an afternoon cider, to attending group work events, to listening to local bands, to attending costume contests during Halloween. I always feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported as a consumer, despite my lack of enthusiasm for the latest IPA and/or the fact that I am often the DD (designated driver) in need of a non-alcoholic beverage. Three Heads is a great place, with good people, and lots of things to choose from whether it be beer, cider, sours, sodas, non-alcoholic drinks, etc. I will be back, and hope to see you there too!
