We had a deadline he agreed to from the outset since we had renters moving in but although he promised to come again and again he didn't. The toilet crooked and leaking(had to be turned off),the shower doors put in backwards AND upside down, moldings not completed or too short and everything left messy and dirty. He was paid only because he harassed and threatened to come to the house and rip everything out if payment was not made.
