I switched to Family Wellness and they wanted me to come in every 6 months instead, which was still okay and manageable for me. Last time I visited, they said they changed their rules and I have to go every 3 months now. I don't have the time to keep scheduling appointments every 3 months with the job I currently work, and 3 months goes by too fast. I wish they would understand that. I also have issues with bloodwork EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there because they send me to the same woman. I don't know her name, but she can never get blood drawn on me and ends up having to repeatedly attempt on both arms and even wiggles the needle around to try and find a vein. Last time I went she checked both arms 3 times before asking another nurse to try and get my blood. The other nurse got it on the first try with zero issues. I refuse to get anymore bloodwork done if there's no serious reason to get it now all because of her. I'll be changing doctors as soon as I can find another one that'll be more compatible...

Last month it took three or four days to call in a regular prescription that I had that out for many years yesterday morning at 9:45 I called in a prescription today it is 314 and that prescription has still not been called in I have called the doctors yesterday and today many times. There must be a reason that they are understaffed if the doctor can't handle seeing his patients and calling in their prescriptions they need to fix this or I need to find a new doctors office.

What a way to stay on top of things and have able bodied employees do their job! The ignorance of them to not even pay attention prior to charging a copay is astounding to me! How about you re train your employees in proper procedure to confirm insurance prior to an appointment. Thanks for having us schedule, show up and have my poor daughter sit there with a broken arm as your inept staff did a piss poor job. I don't care that we got refunded after your screw up, there never should have been an issue to begin with.

This office has no messaging features whatsoever, so it is impossible to communicate electronically with them. Before my annual physical, I sent an email requesting that they confirm that an EKG will be included with my annual physical. NO RESPONSE! At my annual physical, Kaetlyn Tharp said she was TOO BUSY to contact my insurance company to confirm that an EKG was covered. After the annual physical, I received no response from Kaetlyn Tharp regarding the blood tests. I had to call the office a week later, and the receptionist gave me the results over the phone because Kaetlyn Tharp was "too busy". Kaetlyn Tharp submitted the WRONG CPT CODE to the insurance company for the annual physical. The supervisor at the insurance company called Kaetlyn Tharp to confirm this mistake, and Kaetlyn Tharp insisted that the insurance company was wrong! I then received a letter from the insurance company, confirming that Kaetlyn Tharp had submitted the wrong CPT code, and that she would need to correct it before the visit would be covered. This is not how a doctor's office should be run! I hope Dr. Dallas reads this review, and that he strongly considers replacing Kaetlyn Tharp with a more competent nurse.

I've now been seeing Dr. Morgan Ebeling for the last six months, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Although Pinnacle's Nashville locations are a bit closer than this one - I really like how easy this office is to access (especially when it comes to parking). Appointment times are respected - and I've never had to sit in the waiting area for more than five minutes. It's evident that Dr. Ebeling cares about her patients. At each of my appointments, she's listened to my concerns and come up with helpful solutions for treatment that actually work! I'll continue to trust Dr. Ebeling and the folks at Pinnacle Dermatology in Hendersonville for all of my dermatology needs - and I recommend this office to anyone in need of individualized skin care.

Unfortunately, the face of every doctors office is the front staff. The first ones you see and the first of opinions made. There is one female up front in the Hendersonville office that does not need to be working with patients. I have watched this front staffer in past visits either being rude to patients, complaining openly about her job or in one instance laughing at a patient. Today I got her in all her glory. I had stopped by with a simple question about my bill. A bill that has been paid since my visit but keep getting. She attempted to explain what she thought the problem was. When I didn't understand and told her that, she said I was not listening. I let her explain one more time. I still didn't quite understand what she was trying to say. Seriously, with her verbiage she was making zero sense. She said I should stop interrupting. I never interrupted. That second go around I even waited for her to pause so I could respond. She told me I came in with a bad attitude. Not sure what she was talking about. I was just smiling and joking with another lady up front. I told her I was mirroring her attitude. She did not like that. Honestly, by then I was angry. I'm pretty easy going but being accused of a bad attitude she was projecting made me defensive. Her attitude with me was extremely unprofessional. Instead of referring me to a phone number, a person in billing or at least someone above her pay grade she yelled and said since I wasn't listening I needed to leave. The encounter after watching other encounters of her with other patients will keep me from going back. Nor will I ever refer another patient too. It's very unfortunate because I really love the providers. I have worked in the medical profession for over 20 years. I've never seen anything like her. I think they will continue to lose patients if the face of their medical practice is her. ~Jessica L
