I see Brandon McNickle & he has always been super informative & helpful. I love that he keeps it simple & concise & makes sure you get the info/treatment you need & get on your way. He is always very considerate of the cost of treatment like when I was self pay for a few years before getting insurance. Would recommend him to anyone.

I waited two months for an appointment (I know, with dermatologists this is pretty much SOP) but when I got it, I still did not get what I needed. One of the two issues I came in for was to see about removing a blood blister from my lip. Brandon McNichol, the PA I saw, was very nice and personable, but he could not tell me whether this was something they could accomplish in that office. He promised he would find out (he said he had to ask someone else, it was a case of did they have the right equipment) before I left, but that didn't happen, nor was there any phone call. I called back repeatedly over the course of two months. This visit was on January 8, and I still have not had anyone return my calls and messages, even though in all cases, I left both my cell number and my work number. I've left voice messages, I called repeatedly and pressed numbers in the auto system until I could reach a live person and left messages with them, but still... no return call. I was scheduled for a followup on March 8, but I've just cancelled it. I don't need to waste my time or money with an office that is either hugely disorganzied or doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I wasn't asking for anything big -- just an answer. Could they do what I needed done, or should I seek another dermatologist? I have an appointment now with another Dermatologist, and believe me, if I get even half way decent service from them, I will be singing their praises in all the same places I am now warning people to avoid Loven/Pinnacle.

I feel like I am trapped, but now I can't get anyone to take care of a simple issue! My daughter has severe eczema. It covers her whole body, including her face. It is painful and embarrassing. She is only 13 years old going through this. She has been out on a special medicine that I have to go through a third party pharmacy to get. All the sudden one day, the medicine didn't show up. When I called the third party pharmacy, they said it was because the doctors office stopped it. When I called the office, they said it was because I needed to come in for a bi annual check up. Instead of calling me, they just dropped the prescription. Now, I have taken my daughter in as requested, but they still haven't renewed the prescription. After multiple phone calls, I still have zero answers. They tell me they are going to call me back, and no one ever does. My daughter is relapsing and this office doesn't seem to care. Although when you call them it says on the recording as you wait for someone that they care about their patients and want to help them! I am finding that not to be the case as they let my daughter go through this! I do not recommend this office! They have made my life very difficult and now they aren't helping me, help my daughter! They should be ashamed of the negligent care! They are putting my daughter in a very bad position and to no end! I tried not to write a review, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but here it is, January 9 (over a month since my daughter went to their offices) abs I still don't have her special medicine. I've made several phone calls and I am told someone will call me back but nothing. I keep calling the third party pharmacy and they are saying they need to hear from the doctors office. It's a simple phone call that makes a huge difference in my child's life and they don't even care enough to take care of it! I went to see Dr. Man to have a skin cancer removed off my arm. I cannot get in to see her for two…read moremonths. After removing the cancer, the was covered with Steri-Strips unfortunately they did not have enough large Steri-Strips and half of the scar was covered with much too small stair strips which kept coming off. I went back in to have them redone and they still did not have the larger stair strips. The small ones would not stay adhered therefore the scar did not heal properly and what should have been a small line is now a very ugly scar. I returned to the practice to show them the scar and they gave me a steroid injection, which did absolutely nothing. The first time at this office, I saw Dr. Mann the second time was with one of her assistance and I was not at all happy with her. She was abrupt and rude And did not listen. She acted as though she just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible.

We were on time to the appointment, and had been trying to check in for about 10 minutes. I emailed her a picture of the front and back of the insurance card anyways, and the receptionist tried to get smart by asking if I put in the correct email since she didn't get anything. After showing her the email was sent correctly she stated we have to be checked in within the next 1 minute or we couldn't be checked in when her dad was only 5 minutes away. We both drove over 45 minutes to get to this appointment, and unfortunately dad was stuck in traffic. I understand the need for check in by a certain time but the fact that I emailed her front and back of the card and she was still unwilling to check us in is ridiculous and waste of time. Will never be coming back and plan to take her elsewhere

They got him in and when they saw his back they did a biopsy, it was skin cancer. They referred us to Dr Schlegel oncologist at Vanderbilt in Lebanon. The dermatologist saved my husbands life! The oncologist removed the area surgically with clear margins, it had not spread. THANKYOU Cumberland skin !!!!!!
