Every time I come here i get greeted by the most kind and warm-hearted people! The whole place is clean and the food? It's some of the best Italian food near (i haven't tried anything other than the Italian options), the complimentary bread is sweet, warm, and fluffy! And im not a salad guy but I almost always finish the salad (another complimentary food). The decorations are beautiful and give a great vibe. The service was amazing. The food was not good. The interior has a log cabin feel. There is no bar or alcohol available. I ordered the pasta grill. It was spaghetti covered in a thick white sauce. FAN.FREAKING.TASTIC I got the flat iron steak (medium), with fettuccine Alfredo and broccoli. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the Alfredo was ever so creamy and delicious, and the broccoli was fantastic as well (not mushy or bland). I also go the bananas Kasper for dessert. First thing, service was great. Extremely nice waitress. She was super efficient and eager to please. Couldn't have asked for better service. The food was a different story. The dinner salad is great. Nice and fresh. Several dressings to choose from including a few homemade ones. The sliced purple onions on top were a bit stout, but easy to put on the side. The NY strip has wonderful flavor especially with the demi-glace. But it was way under cooked. I ordered it medium and it was medium rare. The baked potato was perfect. The broccoli was so overcooked that I couldn't eat it. The prime rib was also undercooked. It was almost beige in color too which seemed odd. The Parmesan potatoes were okay. Broccoli was also soggy and overcooked. We were offered rolls. They brought out a basket with only two medium to small rolls and some butter. These are all fixable issues, but for the price, we won't try it again. The desserts are probably worth coming for just to have one of those. Maybe eat dinner elsewhere and have dessert here. I met some ladies for dinner, ordered shrimp fettuccine. It was absolutely the worst I have ever had. The shrimp were so under seasoned that I could not eat them - they tasted like they were boiled in plain water - I ate 1 shrimp and very few noodles. Waitress came and asked if we wanted to go boxes - I said no, thank you. She never asked if there was something wrong - just took it away. I will not be back. Overpriced and terrible food! read more

Excellent service but not even close to the Clarksville location's food quality. Tiny $14.00 burger that didn't have all the ingredients as listed. The shrimp scampi was horrible, dunno why they call it scampi, it was shrimp soup boiled in fish water. The waitress had to offer everything else but what the menu said... They were out of many dishes or didn't serve others in the dinner menu, at lunch. Absolutely pathetic management who "waits til the next food truck delivery" and doesn't go to the grocery store to buy what they "ran out of!". Much less offer discounts for the lack of menu items they ran out of! Growing pains? Hardly it's an established restaurant! Get it together please? I really quite liked Kasper's. I went on a weekend with a friend and the "prime rib" while not prime was delicious. They were out of all vegetables except green beans but luckily they were great! A wonderful place next to campus. The portions were sizable, the service was great and attentive, and the ambiance was very nice and low key. The mushroom sauce that came with the Ribeye was FANTASTIC and was so good that it even found its way to my baked potato before the meal was done. Perfect balance of sweet and umami on top of a perfectly cooked steak with a nice crust. I would skip the strawberry cake (seemed like a boxed cake mix maybe?) and get the lemon cake instead (delish). If I find myself in the area again, would definitely go again. read more

The recent visit was my fourth time. Each time the service has been slow, appears to be inexperienced servers, and issues with order accuracy or freshness. We kept hoping they would work through their grand opening issues. Not the case after several months. Very disappointing. The ambience was nice and we thought we had arrived at a 5 star resort but the food did not agree. My ribeye look as if was previously frozen and cooked way too fast. We are doing a road trip this Thanksgiving holiday from Texas to Arkansas. Sometimes this COVID makes us away from dining at restaurants but Kasper's is super clean, perfectly practiced safety and social distance so absolutely no worries about what we recently have. We enjoyed the NY strip and the Ribeye taste is fantastic, also I love salad with wine-cream dressing, roast fingerling potato for side is excellent. We drove out to Clarksville from DFW to stay the night before we tackle the Ozark. Upon our arrival we realized there wasn't much around as far as food and recreation (especially with the pandemic). After looking on Yelp, we decided to give Kasper's a try. The building was gorgeous, we loved the area and atmosphere. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was there immediately. I went with the ribeye and my wife had the turkey melt. The ribeye was truly amazing, perfectly cooked, packed full of flavor. My wife's turkey had this amazing taste to it, almost sweet. If we're ever out here again, we will definitely be returning to Kasper's. read more

Service and food was EXCELLENT! My children and I planned to meet my parents halfway between Bentonville and Little Rock today for lunch. Both my dad and I found this restaurant while trying to figure out where we should eat. Everyone liked what they had (ground sirloin, NY strip, shrimp with Cajun sauce, shrimp Alfredo and the chicken tenders). If you see that there are "only" two chicken tenders on the lunch menu and don't think it'll be enough food, they're huge. Also had the raspberry donut cheesecake, the chocolate cake, and the lemon curd cake and all were excellent. My daughter thought her lemon curd cake was the best dessert she had ever eaten. My dad and I both enjoy a beer or cocktail with a meal, but there is no alcohol here. That being said, it was still worth it and will not make us avoid this restaurant in the future. If you're in the area, make it a point to try it out. read more
