She showed a genuine concern for my health and for my getting to my appointments. Her vehicle was clean and comfortable. The only reason I discontinued use of her services was that other transportation arrangements for a new medical procedure were made for me through my doctor. Two men arrived with no way for one of us to ride with them. The men were dressed very unprofessionally. The van had apparently been wrecked because the front bumper was hanging down on one side, the windshield was cracked, there was no air-conditioning (on a 93 degree day). Inside the van, bottles were rolling around and food wrappers were in the floor. There was no signage on the vehicle at all. On the way to the doctor's office, they got lost. They had to follow our vehicle to find the office. We were extremely disappointed. We had high hopes but would not recommend using their service.

By that point, figuring out how I was going to get to and from my outpatient procedure was causing more anxiety than the procedure, itself. Abel gave me a quote and got me scheduled five minutes into a single phone call. He called again the Friday before my Monday appointment to confirm. Then Mark showed up at my house a few minutes early and was good company the whole way to Emory Midtown. He gave me his business card so hospital staff could call him when I was ready to be released. I was wheeled outside the door, and there was Mark in the minibus, ready and waiting. Unbelievably smooth process! Mark's business card is going in my permanent collection. This service is so much easier to employ than friends whose schedules invariably conflict with mine. A literal godsend.
