I was wary, because the website listed for this company on Yelp is inactive (as in, GoDaddy is selling the domain); a different web link I found via Google search was broken; and the Facebook page for the company is either deleted or privated. It seemed as though the company was no longer in operation, but my family are having a lot of trouble arranging medical transportation for our loved one, so I called the listed number just to confirm. The first call did not go through, and I tried twice more with the call dropping immediately after connecting, so I figured the business was defunct and moved on. Imagine my surprise when, several minutes later, the number called back! When I answered, the caller did not identify herself as 3D NEMT, and I had to ask to confirm if that's where she was calling from. She was rude and dismissive throughout our conversation, told me the service would be "costly" without asking for any specifics, and provided me with a quote without asking about the pickup address, the address of the medical clinic, etc. When I asked whether they provided any additional service of assisting the patient between the bed and the wheelchair, she told me they don't, and before I could ask anything else, she said "thank you" and hung up on me. I understand if you are scaling back your business, are struggling, are no longer operating, etc. I would have understood something like "We are, unfortunately, unable to provide the service you are requesting," and I would have moved on with my day. Several other transport services have said this to me; it's no hard feelings, it's business, I'll move on. But if you truly are still in business, please understand that it's both detrimental to your operations to provide such rude and disinterested customer service when someone is expressing interest in hiring you; and it's also very disheartening to the families of ailing loved ones to be talked at with hostility when all we're trying to do is provide comfort and care to the person we love. TLDR: This is not the company you want to trust to transport you after a medical procedure. A…read more15-minute ride ended up taking over an hour because the owner gave the driver the wrong address. The owner who handles dispatch is very unprofessional. The nurse called him twice when I was ready for pickup and he didn't answer until I finally called myself. When I made the reservation, I said I was going to Mathews St SW in West End. The driver took me to Matthews St NE and we ended up in Druid Hills before I noticed we were on the wrong side of town. What should have been a 15 minute ride ended up taking over an hour due to the mixup. The driver told me that's not the first time the owner had given him the wrong address. I was doped up after a medical procedure, so it's imperative that they accurately record the address during the reservation and not rely on incapacitated patients to catch these mistakes. That's exactly why hospitals won't let you leave in an Uber and insist you hire a medical transport company. I left a message for the owner relaying my concerns about my experience and no surprise, he didn't respond.

The following day for the trip to bring me back home, a driver and her partner arrived and the partner was confrontational when they were 40 minutes late. I got quiet and then realized neither of them knew where they were taking me. I gave them my home address and neither could get a signal to take me home. I was not feeling well, since I had surgery. I finally googled my home address and had to talk to the driver and guide her to my house. These drivers should have an automobile navigation system which guides them better when there are traffic delays. A person needing medical transport should not have to give them directions. Horrible service!!!

My daughter had an ambulance transport date of 1/31/2025. The company did not send me a bill and I provided her insurance card at the time of transport. I did not get a bill until August. I provided the requested information on the bill immediately; however, because the company had let so much time pass, it fell outside the time requirement for submitting the claim to my insurance. Now, the company is trying to charge me for the ride because *they* did not ask for the insurance information (that I had already given them) and submit the paperwork in time. This is ridiculous and unethical. My run number was 25-19885, for if the company actually cares enough to look into this. I have called repeatedly with no help. And by the way - the drivers didn't even know where the Emergency room at CHOA Arthur Blank hospital was. We drove around for 10-15 minutes just trying to find it. That's literally their job to know where to go, and quickly. Thankfully my daughter was stable and it was ok.
